ay talaga.. good to know ... kelan sila nag-start? ..kaka-check ko lang ng spam setting sa yahoo account namin ni hubby -- nakaset sya as "to empty spam folder once a week" ... hopefully hindi sila nag-email before 2 weeks ago to us... kse di namin nakita yun email na yun... nag-iba na napala settings ng yahoo ??? .. anyway, sinet ko na sya dun sa maximum na empty spam folder once a month... and thanks check ko na spam folder namin everyday... ;D

hope everything turns out okay with your application po... hire or consult po siguro kayo sa lawyer,. kayo po ba mismo ang nag obtain ng AOM niyo? bdw, may I ask bakit po kayo nag pass ng cenomar sa kanila before? d ba po pang single yun, and they never ask for that naman, just the AOM... Hi - gusto ko lang po sana mag-ask ng question to whomever na nag-mention na nag-email sila sa CEM. What email address are you guys using? Or eto po ba yung available sa website ng CEM - na for case-specific inquiry? Kse I've been sending questions there - and all I got everytime is yung automatic reply ata nila with this message line "...... We note that this file is currently within processing standards. We do not respond to status enquiries if the application is within normal processing times.. ". I read yung iba kse na they were emailed na "received" na yung medical nila .. Wala kse kami nare-receive anything from CEM after I got the letter "sponsor approved and transfer to visa office" ... and the eCAS status is 'Application Received' since we submitted on August 9, 2013. My hubby took he's medical kse last May 23, 2013 so it's almost expiring so we're at a lost on what to expect and what to do.

Anyways, thanks in advance dun sa magre-reply... and goodluck to us all..

Just make sure you don't miss that 45 days deadline that they allotted for you to provide them with information that you think will be beneficial for the to turn their decision on the positive side. Make sure to give them the best and honest answer especially with regards tot their concern about the paper work from NSO. Maybe even provide them with a copy of your request from NSO, receipt from NSO. Whatever you think may help you and your husband. You may even want to order new paper work from NSO and get it authenticated. These are just my opinion sis.

You don't want that allotted day to pass though so you need to get going especially if you want to seek advice from an immigration lawyer.

Hello po alvinzwife! I'm planning to email them too kasi my malapit na din nag 1year ung medicals ko. Yan din ungemail add na sesendan ko. Usually nman po ata automated reply lng sila. Malay mo nextweek ppr na si hubby kasi August applicants nman na ang nka-line up ngayon. Anyways i'm August 12 nman po so magkasunod tayo.

hello mga ka forum. nag try ako last month na mag email at mg inquire sa cic. pero walang reply kahit man lang ung automated message. my ganun ba na possibility na hindi sila sasagot?

Stupid question po.. Would they mind ba kung iba iba ang size nung bond papers sa forms? Sa Saudi kasi sa asawa ko napadala niya is A4 sized, and dito sa Canada kelangan ko pang mag order internationally para lang maka buy ng A4 from the States. Ang standard kasi is either short bond paper(letter size) or Legal Size..

Hi po. CEM requested for my brother's passport last Apr 14 pa, the request was on my spam and ngayon ko lang nabasa. They did not call or send mail, as in email lang. It was stated on the letter to submit his passport within 10 days and obviously naglapse na po yung 10 days. I'm not checking his application kasi Oct 2013 lang namin sinubmit. What's the best thing to do? TIA
