Hi po. CEM requested for my brother's passport last Apr 14 pa, the request was on my spam and ngayon ko lang nabasa. They did not call or send mail, as in email lang. It was stated on the letter to submit his passport within 10 days and obviously naglapse na po yung 10 days. I'm not checking his application kasi Oct 2013 lang namin sinubmit. What's the best thing to do? TIA

they also mentioned in the letter that his visa is valid until 7/23/2014.

Hi Sis

I suggest reply to their email and let them know that unfortunately you just read their email because it ended up in your spam folder and let them know that the passport will be sent to their office first thing in the morning and make sure that your brother put this on the top burner and get it done ASAP.

Apology goes a long way so make sure that you let them know that this was an honest oversight because it ended up in your spam.

You wont pass the security guard sis unless you're a Canadian Citizen.

Dont wait until Monday to submit. Get your brother to go to a DHL or LBC first thing tomorrow morning that way CEM can/will receive his passport by Monday.

Hi - gusto ko lang po sana mag-ask ng question to whomever na nag-mention na nag-email sila sa CEM. What email address are you guys using? Or eto po ba yung available sa website ng CEM - na for case-specific inquiry? Kse I've been sending questions there - and all I got everytime is yung automatic reply ata nila with this message line "...... We note that this file is currently within processing standards. We do not respond to status enquiries if the application is within normal processing times.. ". I read yung iba kse na they were emailed na "received" na yung medical nila .. Wala kse kami nare-receive anything from CEM after I got the letter "sponsor approved and transfer to visa office" ... and the eCAS status is 'Application Received' since we submitted on August 9, 2013. My hubby took he's medical kse last May 23, 2013 so it's almost expiring so we're at a lost on what to expect and what to do.

Anyways, thanks in advance dun sa magre-reply... and goodluck to us all..

Sis wala ka ma re received anything from CEM until mg Ppr na si hubby almost same timeline tayo

No po. Dependent child. He was not included when my mom sponsored my dad and other brother. Just last Oct nung inaapply namin siya ng PR.

Oo nga po e ang kini-keep track ko pa lang kasi is yung sa husband ko tsaka sis in law. Well, yung sis in law ko got PPR last week Friday, July applicant siya, husband ko is August, no news yet but hopefully in the next days magkaron na. Hindi ko naisip na possible pa lng mauna yung sa brother ko na October.
