I am sponsoring my wife and ECAS was updated to decision made. I was curious if most people have had their coprs sent through DHL and whether it was to the sponsors address or the applicants. Unfortunately, they havent yet updated my wifes address though they have mine. So potentially it may be on its way to our old address in Calgary. Is there any way to find out as we dont have a tracking number or email from Manila.

That's sad. I would suggest you email back CEM and cc Canadian Embassy in China, and ask them to coordinate. It's not your fault that the Chinese Government doesn't want to give you anything. And I think, it has to do with the tainted relationship between the Philippines and China. They will always make Filipinos' lives miserable.

I agree with mr.peace, ate wella. Maybe pwede ka rin mag -ask/inquire sa CEM if anong pwedeng contingency s part nila since ayaw ka i provide ng PC na na exhaust mo nla ng efforts noh. Or in lieu of the PC, anong pwedeng ibang documents ang makakaprove na you dont have any security and criminal records.

Ang hirap nmn nyan..sana naman maayos na noh? Pray lang ate.
