ok. but is your hubby is divorced, or single? the immigroup said they need to translate all of his documents when we are going to marry here. this is how i understand it, correct me if im wrong. since were both single when we are going to marry here he just need birth cert. passport entry exit stamps from his passport and get legal capacity from canadian embassy here and after that get him cenomar in nso along with my documents we can apply in municipality hall for our marriage. did you guys translate all his documents to our language?

he can get the legal capacity in the embassy here in the Philippines..., yes no other docs aside from his BC and passport hindi naman xa divorced dba? or you can check sa municipal/city hall nyo sis for the requirements na kelangan nyo i-comply for your marriage.. that's what we did

You can also get it at the consulate in Cebu. I got mine there last year before our wedding. I remember it did not cost anything (if it did it was minimal), but you need to call and set up an appointment there.

Yes you are on the right track ... just keep waiting for your SA It will arrive anytime soon ... I believe normal processing time for family class as per embassy website is 14 months whether you are sponsoring a spouse or a child but hopefully your son's app won't take long ... good vibes

outside Canada ? here's the form

for Sponsorship forms: document checklist, (IMM5491), IMM 1344, IMM 5481
for Immigrations forms : IMM 0008, IMM 0008Dep (if there's dependents) "didn't used this coz my son is no dependents ", IMM 5669, IMM 5406, just read the guides, it will help,, hope it helps for u! Goodluck!
