hello guys. my wife and i receive a email from manila visa office regarding sa application namin. they request medical of my daughter even hinde kasama. yes we know the procedure but nag mail na kami sa kanila even send a letter including my application na ni waive na namin rights na makuha yung anak ko in the future sa kadahilanan na ayaw talaga makipag tulungan samin ang kanyang biological mother. now they told us (MVO) within 45 days dapat maipasa namin medical ng anak ko if not refuse nila application ko. Me and my wife worried so much dahil nang galing narin sa bibig ng biological mom ng anak ko na pahihirapan nia ako sa lahat ng need ko sa anak namin. can anyone help me or give an advice for what can we do? we are really stressed out na...

Better consult an immigration lawyer na. Pero teka, di na ba talaga mapapakiusapan yung mom ng anak mo? Baka pwede mong iexplain na matter of future ito. Also, you can tell her that someday at least may choice and chance ang anak ninyo na makapunta sa Canada.

hi just undergone remedicalin vaguio on septemver 24th, i paid 7000 plus nagahal na watch out they charge me twice for the chest x-ray there savis suspeious yung one

wtf! omg kinakabahan na ako tuloy baka gawin din sa akin yan, and i do hope hindi naman.. pangalawa ka na na nagsabi ng ganyang case, si Dan from surrey ung isa, same case, xray din.. anu po maganda gawin pra maiwasan n gawin yun sa akin? sabi ko nga sa hubby ko, pa xray muna ata ako dito bago ako mgpa remedical pra alam ko na ok naman talaga ung xray ko...

Better consult an immigration lawyer na. Pero teka, di na ba talaga mapapakiusapan yung mom ng anak mo? Baka pwede mong iexplain na matter of future ito. Also, you can tell her that someday at least may choice and chance ang anak ninyo na makapunta sa Canada.

Thanks sa reply, na explain ko mabuti sa mother nia why need ko nang mga requirements ni hannah also sabi ko rights ng bata yun dahil tatay nia ako. from her mother side hinde na daw need ng anak namin anything to do with me kahit as beneficiary ko wag ko na daw ilagay anak ko hinde daw nila need money from me or any help. Super close minded itong taong ito dahil sa masama daw loob nia sakin. i dont know sa kanya kasi more than 5yrs na kami wala. i asked her for marriage twice but both denied by her family. so i dont know whats their problem... about consult immigration lawyer ma ihold kaya nila yung case ko? also from CEM din ba kami hingi tulong even na inignore nila yunletter namin about our situation?

Hi, my meds will expire on november also, nag-email na kami sa CEM last month using my sponsor's (hubby) email pero until now wala pa rin reply. pero before that, nagpatulong kami sa MP to follow up my app and to confirm kung nareceive ng cem passport ko, dun sumagot sila..

automated replies lang nareceive ko for 2 emails..ganun din sa hubby ko, pero d day after 2nd email niya sa CEM, PPR na reply nila..
