Ay tama may form nga pero ang alam ko sis yung para sa seminar sa CFO mismo manggagaling hindi sa website, nung 1st time kasi na punta ko dun at inabutan ako ng cut off sabi ko pwede makahingi na lang ng form sbi sakin di pwedeng makalabas yung form na yun dun lang daw dapat at sa 2nd na balik ko sa pagakyat pa lang namin sinulatan yung form na yun... unless may iba ka pang sinasabi na form, yung form na nafillup ko yun about sakin at kay hubby...

guys need ur help again, sbi pala sa letter ng CEM additional document requirments: fully completed appendix A (attahed) anu ibig sabihn un? Ung naka attachement lng naman dun eh ung name ng principal applicant,date birth,passport,eye colour,marital status,applicant signature, un lang ba kaya un kailangan sa appendix A?? Pls help,tanx
