feeling ko yung mga naka strike yun yung mga nag bibigay ng visa .. yang mga ppr kasi to complete the documents lng for processing .. so pwedeng ppr is sent by locally hired personnel ng cem ..then ang taga issue ng visa yung mga canadian which is baka pafso members .. theory lng ah ..

Hi Guys! Just got my PPR this afternoon (2:15 pm) I'm super happy! Ako na lang kasi ata ang Jan. '13 applicant na wala pang PPR. Kaya sa mga waiting pa din para sa PPR just Pray, believe and God will do the rest.

nyahhhh,

kung makikita natin sa mga late post dito masyadong naging issue dyan, about sa cenomar (certificate of no marriage) bago ikasal, at AOM (advisory of marriage) pagkatapos ikasal...Then iisang form lang sa NSO yan pagkukuha ka, kaya yung iba nalilito dyan.

Kaya po sa mga bagong kasal na planong magaaply agad kuha na for faster processing

Hello question lang hindi po ba AOM ang hinihingi dun sa application package for Philippines? meron din bang CENOMAR? parang di ko napansin yun... thanks

ang hiningi sakin sa package is marriage certifcate, and cenomar lang.. walang AOM

cenomar = aom .. CErtificate of NO MARriage(single) / Advisory On Marriage (married)

so if d kayo nag send ng cenomar kasama ng application .. they will ask you to send one .. don't know when probably after ppr ..

from what i read on the older post.. if mag apply ka for cenomar and you are married they'll give you AOM instead ..

kaya nga tama ka dyn, cenomar ( certification of no marriage ) proof na single ka bago ka nagpaksal sa husband/wife
then ( marriage certificate ) proof na kasal kayo ng husband/wife mo. kaya daw hinihingi ung cenomar asbi ng agency, proof un na
single ka before nagpaksal sa sponsor mo.. so if nag submit ka ng cenomar, and marriage certificate, hindi na daw need ng aom..
un sabi ng agency ko sakin..

Actually by the time na mag gather ka ng documents malamang kasal ka na .. Kasi d ka naman mag aapply ng spouse sponsorship kung d kayo kasal hhehe .. So yung gathering docs pa lng hihingi sila cenomar but aom na ibibigay sayo ng NSO .. Kasi kasal ka na .. The only way you can get cenomar itself is pag d ka kasal hehehe

Kaya if nag submit na kasama sa application they wont ask for it na kasi andun na sa package

Tingin ko why cenomar tawag nila kasi para basic siya .. Kasi may conjugal partners at yung isa pa .. Which doesnt need to be married para i apply yun so cenomar

I agree with your theory marcjd mukhang ganon nga from what I read from various sites yun mga nag issue ng visa ay mga Canadians talaga kung iisipin mo nga naman papayag ba sila na magpapasok ng new immigrant na approved ng ibang nationality? It does not make sense db? For now mukhang wala parin resolution yun PAFSO strike at maraming nagsasabi again from my readings here sa internet na baka abutin pa ng September ang resolution wag naman sana but we can just pray and hope for the best.

cenomar talaga ang hiningi sakin, un certificate of no marriage tlga. kc nung kumuha ako ng cenomar. AOM ang binigay sakin,
sabi sakin ung certificate of no marriage ang kelangan, pra proof na before ng araw na kasal namin, single ako.
