Hello po tnx po sa pag reply,anyway bago lang po kasi ako at hindi ko gets ang PC and PPR,well to make my story clear,magpapasa palang po kasi ang hubby ko ng docs namen,canadian citizen po sya,kaso ang problema ko po ung police clearance ko sa SG wala pa, kasi need ko daw ng official letter from canada authority,medyo naguguluhan lang po ako kung makakapag request ba ako ng letter na un if hindi pa naman naipapasa ung docs???

PC Abroad- Police Clearance Abroad
PPR- Passport Request

Kung need mong ng Official Letter form CEM magkakaron ka lang nun KUNG maipasa na ng Sponsor mo ang Application nyo dito sa CPC-M Canadian Processing Centre Mississauga after ma approved ng sponsor mo dito in 30 days para sa Stage 1 . Makakareceived sya ng AOR Acknowlegdement of Receipt via email or mail ganun sa Sponsor ko sa pareho sya nakareceived . Pag eligible ang Sponsor mo as a Sponsor Approved na at ipapasa na sa CEM Canadian Embassy Manila ang Application ang tawag ay File Transfer. Kaya ipasa nyo na po ang Application Package Kit nyo pakisabi nalang po sa Sponsor nyo para maapproved agad sya at ma File Transfer agad ang Application nyo po sa CEM .


Then pag na File Transfer na Stage 2 na po yun para sa Applicant ikaw po yun na nasa Pinas. Dun ka palang po makakatanggap ng Official Letter requesting for your PC- Police Clearance Abroad kung need mo ng Official Letter maghihintay ka kasi dun palang po malalaman ng CEM na kulang ka ng Document which is yung PC Abroad kaya dun ka palang magkakaron ng Officail Letter po . Kasi magrerequest sila sayo na need nila yun at need mong magprovide. Marereceived nyo po ang request via email or snail mail .

Ganun po sa akin una palang alam ko na na need ko ng PC abroad at alam ko rin na kulang ako ng Docs. Document yun nga yung PC abroad pero no choice ako alam ko magcocause yun ng delay pero wala akong choice kung hindi maghintay ng Official Letter kaya ayun nagka delay delay 3-4 months din pending ang processing ng Application ko pero worth it naman . Basta iready mo lang ang sarili mo about sa mga pending para di ka mainip sa paghihintay ng Visa.

hi! are you based abroad nung nag apply ka ng Visa mo? if yes, panu ka nag apply ng NBI kung nasa ibang bansa ka? pls advice im currently working in UAE but my application submitted in Manila office.

Hello po , hindi po nasa Pinas ako nun nag enroll ako at nag-aaral habang naghihintay, ang iprovide nyo po pag 6 consecutive months or more than na kayong nag stay abroad ang ipapasa nyo po ay PC Abroad . Sa NBI naman po pwede po kayo kumuha at magrequest online heto po yung link :

May friend din po ako sa UEA din po siya same process sa inyo nasa UAE sya nagwowork at sa CEM ang process ng Application nya.

Ipa-pasa mo na ang Application nyo basta kung alam mo na PC abroad lang ang kulang dadating rin kayo sa Stage 2 dun nyo makukuha ang Official Letter from CEM asking for PC abroad ok basta via email at sa smail mail mo yun matatanggap pero una sa email pag na File Transfer agad mo yun malalaman basta make sure na nilagay mo ang email address at contact info. mo sa Application mo ok para madali kang macontact .

Pwede ko ho bang malaman kung gaano na po kayo katagal sa UAE kasi Philippine Citizen pa rin ho kayo diba at every Philippine Citizen ay kailanagn ng NBI for Surveillance checks saka nasa website po ng CIC yun na lahat ng Applicants applying for Permanent Residence sa Canada ay kailangan mag provide ng NBI . ahh...tpos ilang mos k poh jan? tnx poh ah....kasi samin ay mgpapasa n kme application next week...pd kaya kumuha din TRV kpag naipasa n namin?

Lagpas isang taon na ako dito, pero palabas-labas ako every few months. Maximum kasi na pwede kang magstay dito ay anim na buwan.

Wala namang batas na nagbabawal kumuha ng TRV pagkatapos mong magsubmit ng application. Pero prerogative nila kung bibigyan ka ng TRV o hindi. Ganun din yung pag labas-pasok ko sa Canada on TRV -- pwede nila akong hindi papasukin next time na lumabas ako.

Oo sis dun din sa ECAS babaguhin kung may corrections, change address, changing contact number mga ganun . Don't worry na sis. Ganyan din ako dati kulang naman yung Philippine Mailling Address ko dun din namin inayos sa ECAS ni hubby .
