Ask them if there's any problem with regards to your app, you'll be lucky to received email like 'your application is within processing time' but at least you received a response.

Baka iniisip ko na Wala pang balita Sa kanila katatapos Lang ng medical nila nung April 1
Den pinasa namin ung passport nila nung third week of march! So palagay ko Baka matatagalan pa sila.
