Hi Crisracs, maihahabol nyo pa yan kasi 12 months naman ang processing ngayon sa CEM. Yung IMM 1017 hindi downloadable, ibibigay ng clinic yun after ng medical exams. Yung Appendix C lang ang downloadable gawa ka ng dalawang copy, ibabalik sayo yung isa kasama yung IMM 1017. Ito requirements namin dati sa St. Lukes, 6 passport size id, 2 copies appendix c, 2 photocopies of passport. Good luck!Crisracs said:

mine take 8 months from date of application to PPR, what's good though is they only ask for my passport and booking cert/ticket..Iay said:Congrats bro
