ok lng girl..1night lng kami 10:50am yon flight namin kinabukasan...enjoy ur cruise...nag stoppin lng daw kami para para makahinga ako from 20 hrs flight.....2nd time pa ni hubby sa toronto and that was 1983 and i was born in 1983..i said what a destiny..weeeehh.u come back toronto to pick me up..labadami muna ako girl

It is possible to be denied even if the sponsor has been approved.

Yes, of course it is VERY possible. For most, Stage 1 approval or 'SA' is the "easy" part.

No, as long as you are cleared at YVR airport, then there is no problem. But still, you will have to tell the immigration officer that you will have a one-night stayover in Vancouver.

About naman po sa pag uwi nyo sa Pinas make sure po na kumuha kayo ng Police Clearance dyan sa Saudi kasi po nakalagay po sa Checklist nakapag nag stay ka abroad ng 6 consecutive months kailangan mong magprovide ng Police Clearance sa bawat bansa na tinirahan or inisteyan or pinagtrabahuan mo pag more than 6 months ka nagstay dun sa mga bansa na yun . Kasi irerequest po ng CEM yun incase na nasa PInas kana sa Embassy ka na ng Saudi pupunta para irequest yun di ko lang po alam kung gaano katagal . Kasi yung freing ko po dito sa forum nandyan din po sya sa Saudi nagwowork pero nung Jan. 2013 DM Desicion Made at may Canada Address na sya sa ECAS nya di na po sya umuwi sa Pinas dyan na po sya aalis papuntang dito sa Canada.

Di naman po siguro kayo hihingan ng resignation letter galing dyan sa current employer nyo ng CEM ang importante po ay makapag provide po kayo ng Police Clearance Abroad dyan po sa Saudi. Tapos isend nyo po sa CEM at ilagay sa brown envelope lagyan ng name , address at lagyan po ng File number tulad po ng post ko sa itaas yung ayos .

Thank you very much po sa napakagandang advice,kaya naman po ako uuwi ng pinas e ang main concern ko e pag dumating na yung DM na ako e di ako irelease na amo ko kase i'm under contract,nagtry nga ako magresign pero he refused sabi i have to finish my contract kaya nag emergency leave na lang ako,nakakuha na rin ako police clearance dito kase nabasa ko nga yun noon pa na kelangan yung pinanggalingan mo bansa e may police clearance.thanks for your help mam Jen.
