Merry Christmas to all!!! Hello po, I am a newbie here... Just want to ask about the GENERIC APPLICATION FORM FOR CANADA. My sponsor is my husband a Canadian Citizen... We don't have yet a baby or child. Here are my questions what should I answer:
#3 How many family members, including you are in this application? 1 Tama ba na ang sagot ko ay 1?
#9 Citizenship 1) Philippines 2) Philippines Tama ba na sagutan ko rin yung number 2 na Philippines or mg-grey naman yan pg na validate na? Please paki sagot naman po tanong ko!!!

hi sis bienncorey same po tyu ng situation ako nmn po 1yr old po yung baby ko.. sabi po ng asawa ko eh pagkakasal nmin ipapangalan nya n rw po sa knya c baby so ang mangyayari mgiging adopted c baby kc po my katrabaho po xa don n gnyan din ang situation gnun lng dw po ang ginawa nila wl anmn dw pong nging problem..

Hello everybody, happy Christmas eve! I'm nearly done with my application documents. So far, I have everything except the sheet I will get after the medical. I have also yet to finish the spouse questionnaire with a few more details and such. Anyway, I have a question! Kasi I was looking at the passport photos I will bring with me to my medical, tapos napansin ko na parang malapit sila ng size sa required immigration photos ng CIC for the application.

I opened the guide to Appendix B, took out my ruler, and lo and behold! 35x45 mm ang photo, and my face, from the top of my head/hair to my chin is around 25-26mm. Would it be right for me to assume na tama na as immigration photo ito?

I'm really excited and nervous about my application. As soon as I finish my medical and have all my documents printed and signed, I will be mailing this kit to my husband in ON who is waiting. Nadelay kami ng sooobrang tagal sa NSO since wala pa silang record, at pinabalik-balik pa nila mom ko na kumuha ng NSO documents ko. Lord, please give me a nice present this Christmas and let me send in my app na!

Hope someone could affirm my photo or something. Happy holidays everyone!

i think sa about sa photo thingy maam its a passport size photo. Yun din po ata kailangan pag nagpamedical ka 9pcs. passport photo size. together with the 2 copies of appendix c and lastly photocopy ng biopage ng passport niyo.

merry Xmas... Immigration photo is different from passport photo.you should bring the photo specification at the photo booth like tronix photoline. They know the size and exact measurement of canadian immigration.and about the passport size you should bring that when you have gone a medical 9pcs, passport photocopy

hi everyone..i am currently a permanent resident here in canada..before i get here, i include my girlfriend in my application under Federal Skilled Worker Category..but unfortunately due to lack of documents proving our common law relationship she was denied..i then continue my application and arrived in canada november last yir..we decided to get married this december and is now about to process of sponsoring her..i have few questions though.

1. do i need to have a regular full time job to sponsor her?or i can find another job during the processing period?
2. do we still need to declare that we are in common-law relationship before we get married to be consistent with our previous declaration?

hi akee..thanks for sending me reply through PM..nde ako makareply as i was not allowed to send PM..sabay kame ngapply b4 under FSW..im the principal applicant and we declared that we are common law partner..that was nov 2009..feb 2010 we recieved letter that we passed the pointing system and advised to send original docs to VO within 4months..we send all docs june 2010 and after 3months or so, we recieve letter instructing us to send docs of proof of relationship within a month..we then tried our best to provide them the necessay docs but to no avail we received another letter indicating that the docs presented were not enough to prove that we are common law partner, but they continue my application and so i was able to get here..

hello everyone! merry christmas! jus want to ask if meron ba dito nkapag pay ng right of permanent resident fee without waiting for their request? hindi kasi nami nabayaran together with processing fees.. nka basa ako, it will delay two months daw.
