sis sa bpi acct nila ako nagbayad, at ginawa ko nun pinicturan ko yung payment slip tapos sinend ko sa email nila, then ka txt ko din yung isang agent nila tapos sinabi ko na nasend ko na at chineck na niya after ng ilang minutes ayun sinend na niya sakin ang itenerary ko. at sesendan kadin nila ng receipt sa email mo. i think mas maganda kung dollar kasi like me nagbayad ako ng peso so nakadepende pa sa airline currency nung mga panahon na un ang bayad ko eh pag dollar fix na un kung 1,363 yun na talaga ang babayaran mo. so if u have a choice dollar ka nlang magbayad. goodluck sis. when are u planning to leave?

About your query, I've read that at the first port of entry in canada as a permanent resident an officer will ask you to sign in his/her presence the Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR form or IMM 5292) then you will use the FORM B4 (Personal Effects Accounting Document) and FORM B4A (Personal Effects Accounting Document)(List of Goods Imported)

About your query, I've read that at the first port of entry in canada as a permanent resident an officer will ask you to sign in his/her presence the Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR form or IMM 5292) then you will use the FORM B4 (Personal Effects Accounting Document) and FORM B4A (Personal Effects Accounting Document)(List of Goods Imported)

About filling out which form I'm not sure sis better check other forums here. I've seen forums about it but it seems I can't posts links (it says: sorry, you are not allowed to post links) though I could see others posting links.

Btw, how many days before they will give the copy 2 ? Is it on the same day that you have your medical ?

it took me 1 week to get the copy two. i went there january 9 and they asked me to return and get the copy 2 january 16.

I've just sent my passport to CEM and was receive by SG Beronia. sana ndi na umabot ng december bago mag visa, expire na medical ko sa december 1..
