hi flygirl nitong Monday pag checked ko DM na ko, then tumawag agad ako sa DHL at yun nga nandun nga sakanila na yung visa package ko pero di nila nadeliver dahil malakas daw ang ulan kaya today na lang . ikaw? tumawag ka na rin ba?

hi everyone! i just received a letter from the embassy saying i do not appear to qualify as a member of the family class per section R117(1)(h) of the Regulations -- my sponsor, who's my aunt/ mother's sister, got married in 2010. my application was submitted in 2009 when she was still single.

now the embassy is giving us 45 days to provide any evidence or submission to address the above stated concern. if they receive no correspondence within 45 days, my application will most likely be refused. they already have my passport, medical exam results, etc.

my aunt says she will consult an immigration lawyer in canada. we don't want our money, time and effort go to waste.

has anyone here been through the same situation? i need your help. thank you in advance.

confirm ko lang kung ganito ba talaga narerecieve kapag "approved as a sponsor" at kapag "file transfer"???
nag check na din kasi ako sa ecas, application received pa lang status...

tapos na chelseveal.. na approve ako nov.17 then na approved csq ko after 2 weeks.....then na forward sa manila dec.20 na..visa na lang talaga w8 ko....sad to say im still w8ting..with no news at all..not so far i had my medical when i submitted my application...i hope i will include on the 80% processing for 8 month..hope not beyond with that...gudluck sa atin

Sis, anong dhl number ginamit mo? Ayaw kasi nila pag walang tracking number. Thanks!
