Good day to all! Question about sa sponsored spouse questionnaire:

"On a separate sheet, provide any additional details of your current relationship that you believe would help to prove your relationship is genuine and continuing."

Question: What kinds of additional details yung nilagay ninyo? Is it in essay form? Mukhang lahat kasi natackle ko na sa sagot sa questions on IMM5490.

Any tips, guys?

Also, nagsubmit pa ba kayo supporting letters from family and friends?

Essay form po, I didnt submit any letters from them pero I think it would be better if you will submit. gudluck with the application

We made an essay about our love story; and the present things we do in spite of the distance...
And yes, we submitted a letter from his parents that they know about our relationship, how their son love me, and how they long for me to be home in Canada ;D ;D

Kailangan ko po bang mag medical exam first and e fill out yung application form para madala niya sa Canada pagbalik niya?or ano?pls help me....Thank you.. God bless Cry Cry please give me idea or kung ano una namin gawin makuha niya ako kasi ikakasal kami this Aug. at kukuha niya ako ng spousal visa sponsor nya ako..ano po dapat gawin?

kung ako sayo bago kau ikasal ihanda mo na lhat ng form para saguran nyo together ... then need nya narin nso .. mga docs na kailangan para paguwi mo pagtpos kasal kuha ka ng NSO n married na kau and marriage cet para pag uwi mo send mo na lahat agad agad kc need nya pirmahan mga forms kesa send xa sau matagal pa kng fed ex mahal and gawin mo dlawa form pirmahan nya para pag nakamali eh mern ka extra

im soooo very happy today... c hubby na approved na. salamat lord... ask ko lng po, nka lagay xa ecas ko medical results have been received, it means po ba nasa CEM na ang medical result ko? salamat... God bless us all

Pag nagpamedical kana ngayon na di pa kayo kasal, ang maiden name moh ang nasa medical, so lahat ng application nyo will follow your maiden name.

Thank you Marsh...so, magpapa medical exam ako after the wedding na?what are the other things the he need to bring with him back to Canada para maka apply na sya for sponsorship?yung marriage certificate makukuha ba yun agad?at saka may passport na ako,do I have to change yung surname sa surname nya?

Thanks, mrsh! Naka ten separate pages na kasi ako sa pagsagot pa lang sa IMM 5490. Effort talaga. Haha! Thanks for the advice!
