nagpakasal kami ng husband ko ng july 2010.
august 2010 nagpamedical na ako. as we were about to file our application (cenomar)
i found out i was previously married!
i went thru annulment for about 7months.
again I married my husband(july2010) last dec 2011
I wanna thru another medical this month pero natatakot kami
ilagay sa medical kung mag-lie kami na nagpamedical na ako before.
kasi on my first medical ginamit ko yung last name ng husband ko, na void pla.

another question, ung last medical mo ung august 2010 natapos ba tlga un i mean napadala na ba ng doctor sa embassy?? kasi if natapos na napadala na nila un kasi may ibigay sila sau na copy na isasabay sa application... and then ung isang copy sa kanila na iasabay naman nla padala sa embasy kasama ng mga results mo....so if napadala na un nla i think lng ha d ka pwde maglie... suggestion lng, d ko lam if possible,,, pwde ka tumawag sa hosp or doc mo nung aug 2010 pacheck mo file mo dun then ask mo if napadala nla sa embassy ... if napadala nla i guess d ka pwde maglie....

nagpamedical ako sa makati sa st luke ext. copy 2 yung binigay sa akin na kulay green ang papel pero nd namin kami nagsend ng application.
one year expired na yung medical ewan ko lag kung tinatago ng embassy yun.
problema pa nasa record ng civil registrar yung marriage ko nung 2010 bka ma trace ng embassy

I am also confuse you found out your married... Please explain again or elaborate it from the start... We may help or give you advice here....

when you file your application one document they ask for is CENOMAR.
certificate of no previous marriage.
knowing that I was living single all my life, i got married 2010.
on my cenomar i found out my ex-bf forge my signature including my dad/mom signature.

Sobrang hirap ng situation mo. The embassy always has its ways to track down records. Maybe it will cause you some delay during processing times. Just be honest about everything had happened. It will be fine... Pray for the best... God knows whats best for you...

thanks alot, i was talking to my lawyer she told me na kailangan ma-annul muna yung marriage ko nung 2010
kya im worried baka ma trace ng embassy yun.
its going to be a gamble in telling the truth.
plus we have a son in=apply ko na ng proof of citizenship.

yup feel ko itago ng embassy ung records mo even if expired na yan kung d man itago finile na nila yan sa comp nla which means pag nagtype lng cla ng name mo lalabas lahat ng details sayo .. tignn ko lng yan ha....try mo confirm kaya if napadala nla na sa embasy.....

pang third na weird thing din is kahit nakalusot sa nso ung marriage nyo nung ex bf mo na nagforge ng sig mo pano sya nakalusot sa civil registrar kasi dba kng magakasal kahit civil require na nandun ka rin??? so question, so ung marriage cert na galing sa civil registrar na ipinasa ng ex bf mo is fake lng... i mean d dumaan tlga sa civil registrar at pinagawa lng sa kung saan saan?....medyo guluhan ako sa case mo .. hahaha...

if nasa record ng cvil registrar ung 2010 marriage mo tngn ko wa naman problem kasi dba ung pinaksalan mo nung 2010 is ung husband mo today dba i mean ung guy na pinakasalan mo nung 2011 dba?


i think consult ka ng lawyer .... pwde ka siguro magask ng lawyer na magwrite or magexplain na ung marriage mo previosly sa 2010 ay d valid snce forge sig lng un ..... then paexplain mo rin ung situation na nagpakasal ka 2010 not knowing na previos;y marred ka since forge lng un .. consult ka nlng ng lawyer .. then siguro baka pwde un letter ng lawyer mo isama mo sa application...

i think mas ok if honest answer nlng bgy mo sa knla.. although madelay ang processing mo kasi ang dmaing echecheck ng VO mo sa applctn mo... or if luckily baka d naman madelay.. just pray kay GOD d mo naman fault na finorge ng ex bf mo sig mo at ganyan nagyari ...

im 31 yrs old na finorge yung signature ko nung 18 pa lang ako pero yung naka sign dun sa marriage totoong judge(patay na!!!).
nd daw pde invalid kasi over 25 yrs old na ako nung nalaman ko na previously married ako.
kaya pina=annul ko yung marriage ko sa ex=bf ko

bago ako nagpakasal nung 2011 kailangan daw sabi ng lawyer ko ma-annul naman yung marriage ko nung 2010 which is weird kasi i check my cenomar(nso) naman after my annulment sa ex-bf ko nd naman limutaw yung marriage ko nung 2010.
kasi sabi daw lawyer may record sa civil registrar pero nd nila sinend sa nso.
weird and complicated i know.

sori ha pero mejo nguguluhan ako..pinakasalan mo husband mo nung july 2010 then on august 2010 ngpamedical ka para sa application mo.
then bakit k kumuha that time ng cenomar?so cguro nung kumuha k ng cenomar ngappear ung kasal mo nung july 2010?

then bakit kau ulit ngpksal nung dec 2011?

isang lalaki lng b pinaguusapan ntin dito or may iba pa?

ahm super gulo ng case mo.. paano ma foforge ng x mo ang pirma mo??? diba pag kinasal both of the party are present??
if you didnt know that your previuslu married para saan yung annulment??

better consult a lawyer... lalo pat nagiging strict na ang immigration ng canadA.. at nag baback check sila..

Most likely Yes, CEM will review your wife's paper followed by yours... The more time consuming part of the whole process is the background and security check. Lalu na if nag stay ka pa abroad more than six months...

Whew!..sana lang bilisan nila. sabi nila in two months na in-process ecas status mo makakareceived na ng MR, tama ba yun? and hong long again before they will see/received the my MR?
