di kaya maging conflict sa application ko ng permanent visa yung application ko ng tourist visa last January....am getting stress na..para na ko magkakasakit kakaisip.
Ganyan din ung sa kin. I applied for a tourist visa twice at parehong denied. Tapos dun sa form with your background declaration ata un, ang nasagot ko e No when they asked if I have been denied na na mag-enter ng ibang country. Nalito kasi ako and hubby told me na dont bother about it. We're just praying na di un makaapekto.hunterkeepers01 said:di kaya maging conflict sa application ko ng permanent visa yung application ko ng tourist visa last January....am getting stress na..para na ko magkakasakit kakaisip.

yes you can..as long as you have the PR card and valid passport..wants2bw/myhubbysoon said:Sa mga nasa Canada na po. I have a question. For example, ma-grant ako ng visa before November (hay sana nga Lord, plsss ) then I go to Canada as soon as I get my visa. Then, by January 2012, hubby and I were planning to go back to the Philippines for our friend's wedding, mga 3 weeks lang naman then balik na uli sa canada. Will there be any problem if less than 2 months lang ako nagstay sa Canada then babalik na ulit sa Pinas? Thanks ;D
Hi hunter...do not worry too much...basta naka-declare na you had previous application as tourist approved or denied ok lang yun...thought there are some na na-deny sila many times pero siguro its a difficult case kaya ganun...as I remembered there was a story posted dito sa forum na kahit pabalik-palik na sya Canada still deny application nya the fact na husband nya is canadian siguro talagang worse ang problem kaya ganun...pero 1 out of 10 lang naman ang ganun case...just keep praying and dont loose hope...God always guide us...and he knows what is best the right time for us...kung talagang sa iyo...no matter what happen bibigay nya yun sa iyo...prayers can move the mountains...God bless po and have a good day...just hold your faith.hunterkeepers01 said:di kaya maging conflict sa application ko ng permanent visa yung application ko ng tourist visa last January....am getting stress na..para na ko magkakasakit kakaisip.
Hi wants...as far as I know you have to stay for at least 3 years...its part of the requirements to be citizen someday...basta I've read info about that..all permanent VISA holder must stay for at least 3 - 5 years...I will send you the details when I got home dito ako office...meron ako printed materials about CANADA policy sa house...wants2bw/myhubbysoon said:Sa mga nasa Canada na po. Hi Sis! Di ako nag-send ng letter when I sent my passport last week kasi I forgot about that. Do you think its still best to send them a letter?raniloc said:I have the same case like you. I mistakenly written NO doon sa Schedule 1 and Background Declaration form when ask if "been refuse admission to Canada".
However, we sent a letter to CEM explaining that it's an over sight on our part or unintentional mistake. We do not want to hide any information to CEM so we sent a letter.
