Hi! I need help.someone who submitted appendix a here.because i got the appendix a form. How do i fill it up?so I write my info under the applicant. Do i write my spouse info too? She is the sponsor. The form says whether accompanying or not and each should fill up his/ her own form. Is it applicable to me? Or do i just write the applicants info? Since my wife is the sponsor.

Diko po alam complete timeline nya. But he submitted his application last February; got his passport request around April 27. The good news there is, Manila VO is working and issuing visa to Feb batch already. Yayyyy! Hope to hear more updates soon...

Hi! Ask ko lng sa appendix a b kailangan ko ifill up ang spouse info or yung applicants info lng? Yung spouse ko ksi sponsor ko,at nsa canada sya. San drop box ng embassy? Pra sa passport at additional documents n nirerequest nila. Thanks

opo, wala lang yung passport detailskasi hindi naman sya accompanying.

ang alam ko its ok as long as labeled ng maayos yung envelope mo.. with your file number..

Ako at si Shellypher nagsubmit thru drop box. Magkabatch kami. Wala namang naging problema.kwento nga ni Shellypher nung nagsubmit sya, my kumuha agad sa loob sa passport na katatapos lang nyang ihulog. Ako walang kumuha agad. But same naman kami walang naging delay.
Approved namin kami.

Tama si dorisiana. Properly labelled nga kahit ilagay sa dropbox para di mawala. ang ginawa ko, sa labas ng envelope sa sender, sinulatan ko ng name ko,address,email add, contact number, at yung File Number and UCI number. Tapos sa recipiet nilagay ko yung address na Family Class Section etc etc.
Sorry basta yung address na my family class section

Pag i dropbox ko b sa basement 4 yung passport ko today mkukuha nila today or bukas p. Bukas b sila friday?
