hello redtag, my aor/ppr letter from CEM does Not contain the Appendix A form eventhough the instruction in the letter says submit " fully completed Appendix A (attached),... the truth is.. dun sa letter na dumating wala talagang appendix A form na kasama.

So as advised na rin ng mga kasama natin dito sa forum, pumunta ako sa CEM, stated my case, and ask a copy of the Appendix A form.

Hi,

It's okay bec. you will choose which embassy you want your sponsorship to be process. I sponsored my wife and put Canadian Embassy in Manila to process the papers while she's still working in Saudi Arabia and she just went home when the CEM requested her passport. Hope this helps.

thank you atleast ngayon meron na pala ganun situation na u can process the application while your spouse is working sa ibang bansa , meron pa ako isang tanong hope you wont mind, madali ba naka pag medical yung asawa mo sa saudi kasi right now inaayos pa lang ng husband yung police clearance don medyo marami steps di pala madali makakuha ng clearance kaya tanong ko lang kung diba nahirapan magpamedical wife mo sa saudi. i really appreciate if you could response my question. yes po we paid march 16 nnotify po ang cem nung april 19 plus ng remed po din c hubby and it was submitted personally sa cem on april 8th....

2. Divorce Petition- different from Divorce Certificate; usually requested from Filipino sponsors who are divorced based on experiences of posters in this forum. (For natural-born Canadian sponsors who are divorced, seems that they don't ask from you, but pls confirm at CEM)
3. Appendix A- or Additional Family Information; though submitted previously, they will still ask a copy; the letter usually comes with the AOR/PPR

Hello Filipinos and Filipinas!

Regarding the Police Clearance.

We are currently living in Boracay.

Is this the same Police Clearance that somebody would have to require in order to get a job. And are able to get at any police station?

On the CIC website it has a link to the NBI, and it says the closest NBI is in Iloilo which is a 5 hour bus ride from here...ugh!
So we're wondering if it must be NBI or the local police station here, and if there is a difference between those 2.

Also she is from Pangasinan. The NBI office in that province is in Dagupan. If we must go to the NBI, does it make a difference if we go to Iloilo or Dagupan or any other?

Oh and if anyone knows how much this will cost us that would be great to know also!
