If you ever wish to take your married name then changing it while you are waiting for your Family Class Sponsorship to be over and updating them before a decision made will save you some heartache in the long run. The process to change your last name in Canada can be very tedious and for us in particular we have to fly to another part of the country to make appointments with the Philippines embassies. Also changing your name at licence bureau although it only takes some processing time can accrue a good amount of money per ID change. That aside if you do not wish to change you will have no problems using your maiden name with a married status. I think in the end this is personal preference.marshie said:

What exactly ba was the message? Yes, it is generic as per previous posts shared by those who received theirs before. As far as I know, pag PR ang sponsor, need din mag submit ng PSA BC. That's what I've read in the past months here.
