I have been monitoring this forum for quite awhile as i wait for the processing of my wife's immigration. We are October 16/14 applicants. I quite honestly have to say my patient acceptance of this invasive process is wearing a little thin as I see 2015 applicants blowing past those of us that applied in late 2014. How is it that somebody who applied as recently as March 2015 can be at the PPR stage that it took us over 5 months to get to and now a further over 3 months that our passport has been held?! I have sent off an email to Chris Alexander, Minister of Immigration and Citizenship this evening to ensure that our plight is brought to his attention. I hope and pray that some good will come of that for the benefit of all us 2014 applicants that remain in an indeterminably long wait for our spouses passports. In the meantime...hopes and prayers that we will all get past this obstacle soon. Good luck to you all!

Hi i am confused, my husband (naturalized canadian citizen) just checked his client id in cic.gc and its stated there that they received our application june 4, 2015 and they started processing our application july 10, 2015 as well as my medical exam results. Is that what you called AOR? Thank you!

Hi everyone !!!

I just want to ask if mag email ako sa cem to ask about my application, and they will reply nah still in process.Is that mean na in process talaga ?kasi yung sa ECAS still APPLICATION RECIEVE parin. Nakaka confuse kasi. They request my Passport last June 4, till now wala pa ring update sa ECAS. I hope we'll recieve good news soon.

hi sa IOM ako nagpamedical and mabilis lang sya and very nice ng nurses. nung pumunta ako sira ung elevator kaya pila ang pagsakay sa elevator

LATEST ECAS July 4, 2015 A Decision was Made on ROSANA DIONISIO SALVADOR , the office will contact ROSANA DIONISIO SALVADOR on this decision.

hello everyone, thank you for creating this forum about the MVO, we sent our application on May 29 2015 and accdg to the tracking, CPC got it on June 2, so hopefully in a few weeks we'll hear about it, we did what we can para mapadali ang processing like having an upfront medical exam, paying all the fees, sna wla kmi nklimutan n docs at pirma... wshing everyone goodluck and timely processing... i know you're not asking me, but in our case, My husband called beforehand, he got a number? prang it saved you a spot for that's day's appts then also they will tell you what to bring over the phone, i believe it was 5k.

Call ka sa kanila for appointment then sabihin naman nila what will you bring and how much is the fee. They just ask me pano ko nalaman na upfront applicant ako i just said that its indicated on the checklist which you can find sa appendix a. Then after ng mga tests and physical exam may ibibigay sila sayo information sheet un ung isasama mo sa papers mo na ipapasa then ung results ng mga tests mo sila na ang magfoforward sa cic. Mas malapit kasi ang IOM sa canadian embassy kaya i guess mas mabilis nilang maipapasa.

If your sponsor is canadian citizen i suggest to check your application status at cic.gc using his/her client ID because in our case, we keep on waiting for their email since day 1 but no email was sent until my husband decided to check on cic.gc the status of our application using his client id and upon checking surprisingly our application is on process since july 10 already.. Maybe they just directly update the client id account rather than sending an email if the sponsor has client id. (Just sharing maybe it could help)

Hi Memefab AOR is when CIC emails you regarding your sponsored persons application that they received it on an indicated date. Also in that email there will be a file attachment and it will indicate your sponsored persons file number. He/she can use that file number to check the status of his/her application on ecas.
