Base sa mga nabasa ko dito sa forum this time parang bumilis ata ang processing nila.
Some took like 7-9 months nakalipad na sa Canada . Pero nakasalalay parin ang lahat sa straightforward na application , no red flags at satisfied si mabait na visa officer na genuine ang relationship ninyo plus you put everything required in the application when you send it. ( payments and medical)
Siyanga pala , your med expires soon .

my passport has been with CEM for more than a month now. no changes sa ECAS. still application received.

Hi, iniisip ko kasi baka mag remedical kami gawa ng maexpire na kasi medical namin dis june 4. Passport request kami april 29 so kakapadala ko palang kahapon thru LBC.
Iniisip ko kung mag remedical kami at 3 p namin kmi eh kailangan magprepare ng panggastos.

Good day.. I have a quick question regarding point of Entry.


My destination is Toronto, My Flight will be on May 19, 2015 via Pal. according to my itinerary that my layover time(waiting period is only 1hour and 45 mins. in Vancouver befor emy next flight to Toronto.

Now my questions are

Is vancouver my point of entry.?
(do the immigration, customs and all)

because if vancouver is my point of entry. 1 hour and 45 mins wont be enough for immigration and custome right?

if not. what should i do? should i go out the plane or just wait till we leave again. ( it seems like well be using same plane)

madali lang naman sa custom..ganun din sakin dati.....vancouver-edmonton...mabilis lang...just prepare everything and declare evrything para mas mabilis..the longer the less doubt....
and my advice, just look calm and smile....and i suggest dun ka pumili sa white immigrant officer kc pag asian nagpopower trip(based on my experience and observation, kawawa yung 2 kasabay ko, kung ano ano tinanong, yung isa nabulol mali nasagot di binigyan ng permit/worker kc cia)....dami questions hanggang matakot ka na lang...dun sa canadian immigrant officer, kung ano lang yung nasa PR paper yun lng ang tanong...

• Para sa mga visa on hand po and mejo mahaba pa ang validity ng visa. some suggestions lang po since, almost done na ko.
  
  1. I would suggest attend kau ng COA (Canadian Orientation Abroad), not required po ito pero very informative sila, plus they give free meal. For some, embassy sent them an email with the subject "free pre-departure orientation seminar" again its "FREE".   2. I-ready nyo na din mga documents nyo such as NSO copy of birth certificate, marriage certificate (for married), and or CENOMAR (for not married), Medical Records (vaccines especially for travelling with kids), Dental records (if applicable).
  
  3. PDOS or GCP: Either of the two po kung saan kayo applicable
  • PDOS - if your sponsor is not yet a Canadian Citizen
  • GCP (Guidance and Counselling Progam) naman if your sponsor is a Canadian Citizen/Naturalized Canadian Citizen

  4. As mentioned during the seminar sa COA, kung meron kayong papadalhan dito sa Pinas, they suggested to open a bank account with BPI, affiliated na daw sha sa Scotiabank, they said its cheaper to do fund transfer their than western union and such..

My thought on that is, kung walang change of plane, basically you just wait there on your seat its either they will pick up passengers or for refueling.
So basically you dont go thru immigration and customs, blah blah blah.

But like mine since I will have a connecting flight, I have to go thru all of that. hahaha..Yun din kasi ang explanation samen nung COA seminar.

What you mean ''white''? Kasi ive been watching cbsa sa youtube at may mga itim din and you are right kailangan calm kasi doon sila doubtful kung hindi relax ang ini interview..

Hi everyone. Just now I realized na courier is WWW.express, I have been calling DHL everyday to trace my name for any package.I called WWWexpress today, they have our passport since April 24. The Tagbilaran Branch said Embassy gave them my old number. The package is for pickup.
