kasama mo husband mo from the day you gave? gave birth? Ganito na lang.Magpass ka ng requirements sa Canadian embassy sa Makati. tapos, sasabihin naman nila kung ano kulang sa requirements mo. I just shared kung paano yung process nung sa amin. Ilang taon na ba nasa Pilipinas asawa mo? Naging citizen ba sya bago ka manganak?
Hello,

Yup kasamo ko husband ko during that time. He arrived the day before our 1st wed anniversary, until July yung validity ng visa niya dito. We are hoping na ma approve na ang visa before ma expire ang visa niya para maisabay niya kami pauwi sa Canada. Mahirap kc ako lang isa magbiyahe dalawang bata kc dala ko, first baby ko at tong pangalawa... Punta kami tomorrow sa Manila para early in the morning nasa Embassy kami.

hi guys tanong ko lang kasi were planning to apply INLAND ng partner ko pero sabi ng karamihan dito mas advisable daw po yung OUT land application sa manila. pwede kaya kami mag apply OUTLAND kung nasa Canada kami parehas? and usually ilang months po bago ma approve yung visa ng karamihan dito? I mean mga ilang months lang po kayo nag hintay? kasi pag inland it takes 25 MONTHS :( ang tagal tagal at di ko alam kung bakit mas matagal pa pag INLAND. mtechnically di ba dapat mas mabilis kasi INLAND na and mas madali na iverify :/

Yes, advisable nga ang OUTLAND, dahil mas mabilis ang Outland kesa sa Inland, ang average ng outland is from 6 mos to 1 year, although ang nasa website nila now for Manila VO is 17 mos.

And kahit both kayo nasa Canada pwede pa rin naman ang Outland application.

Hi forum-mates and kababayans,

I would like to ask for advice about our situation.

My boyfriend and I eloped last November and now we are so stressed on how to answer the forms.

I married my boyfriend of three years last November. We had a civil wedding and had only two friends as witnesses. My husband stayed in the Philippines for only 3 weeks and left for Canada again to continue his studies.

We still plan to have a traditional church wedding with all our family and friends in April 2016. I've already booked a church and a couple of suppliers for our church wedding (i have contracts and receipts).

We decided to have a civil wedding last November so we could start the sponsorship early. We kept it a secret because we knew our parents would be disappointed that we did not wait to get married in the church. Both of our parents are very traditional and we know that they would not understand.

When we started to check the required immigration forms just last month, that's when we started to get worried because we saw the questions about the ceremony and whether our parents were present or not.

Here are my questions:

1. If we mention in the application that we kept our civil wedding a secret from our parents, will the visa officer see this as a red flag and reject our application? Our parents are aware of our relationship and I have photos of my husband with my family when he was still in the country. They're just not aware that we got married.

2. Do we still have a chance for approval of our sponsorship application? Should we push through with the application or are we doomed to fail?

3. Is there anyone here who's been in the same situation? (Eloped but was approved for spousal application)

4. My husband is still a student but he will graduate this April. Will he be approved to sponsor?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome!
No idea about sa pinoy applicants na inland.
search ka dito sa forum baka meron din thread for inland pinoy applicants. :)
kung meron man cguro, baka kaunti lang and in my opinion kaya matagal ang inland kasi centralize ang processing for all inland application sa whole world...
Para sure, just check here sa forum for inland thread :)

If you apply in Philippines you will need to present all the necessary proofs
required and explain what is the situation in each question that requires
further comments.
When you have the church ceremony you can send the information also,
you always can send extra information, that is not a problem.

You should be OK, don't worry too much, and chose what you want to do,
You are legally married to your husband and that is what matters,
