Hi forum mates! Hope you can help me with my inquiry ... My husband is a canadian national. We got married in Canada. I saw in the website that one of the requirements for counseling (GCP) is a photocopy of report of marriage duly registered by the philippine embassy / consulate or the dept of foreign affairs ... What does this mean? Pede bang scanned copy na Lang ng marriage contract yung ipakita ko since the embassy no longer returned the original copy of my marriage contract? Also, kailangan ba Talaga na registered by the Phil embassy/consulate or the DFA? Thanks in advance ...

Nakapag-submit ka po ba ng Report of marriage sa Phil. Embassy dati? If yes, iregister nila un sa NSO tapos pwede ka na request ng Report of marriage from NSO. Mabilis na rin naman mag-request ng document sa NSO, 2-3 days lang yata if online.
Pero kung ngayon ka pa lang mag-submit ng report of marriage sa embassy, matagal un bago ma-register sa NSO. Ung sa kin inabot ng 6mons yata.


Baka pwede ka po tumawag, tanong mo na lang po sa CFO mismo.

Application received: feb 24 2014 ( kaso incomplete so cguro mga march na cla nag start mg process, kasi di cla nag start ng processing pag di pa complete ang papers, i the sponsor only submitted the sponsor's part, so late napasa ang papers ng sponsored person,)

salamat trewmenn! )) naka receive kem ng e-mail ng hubby ko requesting for PPR last July 9, 2014...then together with the receipt and Appenidx A..ipinasa nmen noon July 22, 2014 nila na receive thru Rep. Beronia...up to now wala pa din silang e-mail for my sched. ng medical...

alam ko nga di ka remed.... maganda sana kumuha ka na ng medical kahit walng request ganun din processo.. kasi may naka-usap na ako sa FB.. nauna yung med nya sa medical request nahonor naman ng embassy..

Hi aleish, thanks for your reply. No, I didn't submit, I thought the marriage contract I got in Canada is already enough. Kasi when I submitted by marriage contract intended for spousal visa application, Hindi naman nag request ang VO ng ganong requirement. Thanks. I will call up CFO tomorrow. Thanks, again!

I just applied last aug 18 pay P100.. release will be aug 26 sa DFA pay ulit P100... LTO certificate lang kunin mo..

Thanks Sir trewmenn, btw may expiration po ba yung Lto certificate? How long lang yung validity non?

Pwd naman mag hingi ng extrnsion sa cem, mail them, explain your case

hindi na ba yung red ribbon or international license ang kukunin trewmen? certification lang?

Sir, sa pagkakaintindi ko po na yung LTO certificate yun po yung ibibigay natin pag mag-aapply po tayo ng driver's license sa canada. Makikita po don kung gaano katagal na nagda-drive sa pilipinas. Bale iaapply po yung certificate sa LTO east ave then irerelease po siya sa DFA with red ribbon na.. ( i guess kaya sa dfA nirerelease gusto nila malkita yung authenticity ng document)
