I assume that you are a December applicant, yes? It is normal to see this for a period of time. If Manila VO receives your medical results and matched it to your file, another line will appear stating "Medical results have been received". AOR means Acknowledgement of Receipt. This is sent via email (if you indicated one) to your sponsor to notify you that CIC received you application packet. PPR means Passport Request, which is pretty much self explanatory. They will not notify you if they have received your passport however, you can track your package using the tracking facility on the website/phone line of the courier you used to send your passport. To date, it usually takes 2 weeks to receive your passport back together with your visa and COPR however, as you stated, you only did your medicals just now, which will be quite a set back for you.. Can you please post your timeline, like the one I have below my username on the left?

Hi dollinexile, when you say "2 weeks to receive your passport back together with visa and copr," when do we start counting, is it from the date of PPR? Or the day the embassy/visa officer received the passport? Thanks!

I think you are a February applicant because the date you submitted your application is February even though your SA date is March.. Am I correct Kuya Trewmenn??.. I'm also a Feb applicant Feb23 namin pinasa, AOR date March 27 and SA March28 still waiting for PPR..

Yes you are right! Akosimak is indeed a February 2014 applicant based on when CIC received his documents.

March 4, 2014 - sponsorship approved and medical received
July 14, 2014 - PPR
July 21, 2014 - passport sent

I think ang processing time usually takes 55 days dito..and u will get the e-mail pag na approve na ung sponsorship mo..pero dito naman, mabilis lang ang processing..sa Pinas ang matagal..

hi guys sa mga nandito na sa Canada may tanong lang ako if how im gonna change my PR Card surname?? para habang wala pa saken yung card maayos ko na kasi balak ko na kumuha ng new passport na nakasurname na asawa ko...please help me tnx

pag[alit ng PR card must first magrenew ng passport mo... pero pwede ka naman magpalit surnames mo pag kukuha ka ng SIN, Lincense, credit card.. sa PR card you must renew the passport first..

hi. My status in the website is still application received since December, and it's been almost 8 months now. Is it normal na application received lang yung status online? What do you mean by the stats like AOR? PPR? Mine is just application received, nothing else. I'm really confused. Seems like my profile is not updated. The embassy already asked for my passport and med last July 2. I did my med last week, and sent my passport yesterday. Will they notify you that they received the passport? How long does it usually take to get the passport back? Thanks mucho.

hi! we dont have any dependent child. so its just my wife. i actually cant believe that we already got PPR this fast. gaano kya ktgal bago bumlik ung passport with VISA?
