don din sa st lukes sis.nabasa ko kasi dito forum matagal daw ipass ng stluke ang result.. sa IOM daw ang mabilis pero dun naman ay online appointment

Hello po. May tanong po ako. Kasi narecieve ko kanina yung email sakin ng immigration requesting for our passport. Me and my daughter. Then my nakaattached dun na fifill upan ko "APPENDIX A". Ibig po bang sabhin dalawa pifill upan ko dun? One is for me and the other one is for my daughter? Tama po ba??

Yes, there should be one filled up Appendix A for each person.

Sa appendix A po ba ung mga di naman kelangan ifill out dun lalagyan parin ng N/A or i lileave ko na lang na blank.. Then sino ung tinutukoy dun na non accompanying family??

may dependent ka ba yun mga anak??? kasama ba sila o hinde??? kahit kasama o hinde lagay mo ung name nila basahin mo yung instruction sa itaas.. di na kailangan ng passport at passpot number ang non-accompanying..

kung wala ka na ibang maiinclude sa list.. N/A na.. Note: di kasama ung asawa mo yung (sponsor) yung aalis lang

may dependent ka ba yun mga anak??? kasama ba sila o hinde??? kahit kasama o hinde lagay mo ung name nila basahin mo yung instruction sa itaas.. di na kailangan ng passport at passpot number ang non-accompanying..

hello po, newbie here. me and my spouse just received ppr last night. it says na to send the original passport and photos. dapat ba talaga may kasama na Appendix A form? kasi wala nman nakaattached sa email nila sa amin. one more thing, i am a naturalized canadian. so saang seminar dapat umattend ni spouse? thanks and God bless
