i everyone!

I hope i am in the right place to ask this question since i've been searching the web for quiries and since this is a forum with all the people having the same situation with mine, guess i can find the answer i've been looking for.

So, i received an email from the embassy for my passport and they are asking for 3 docs:
Appendix A
AOM
Passport

and i have a lot of questions in regrards with this appendix A.
-It says here that all members of the family accompanying or not should fill up the form ( when they say members of the family? do they mean my parents and siblings? or just me and my husband.
- is it one form per family member?
- if family means parents and siblings, the form says applicant? ill just fill in their names? and ill just sign on the principal applicant area?
-do i need to send in photo? since they attached a file with a photo specs, if yes? how many?

im sorry if i have lots of questions but i hope somone here can enlighten me.

one more thing, so after this step (PPR) how long woukd it take for the visa to be release.

the family refers to your husband and children whereas your parents and siblings are your extended family.. you can actually check it on the instruction guide for sponsorship just look for it on the cic canada website to be sure.

Anyone made GCMS request lately?

We did...October 17...conveniently just a few weeks before our PPR...supposedly they require 30 days to process and send the file..via email..hopefully there's some content as to what they've actually done on our file....if anything..

We know theyve seen it..we wesent them an address change and received a confirmation that was not generated by a machine...someone actually had to have imputed our file numbers into the system to generate the reply.

Anyhow....the form is short but does require that you have a signature authorizing you to request the info..
Request must come from a Canadian citizen I believe or a PR...

Hi Sis, yeah matagal na kami dito. Lumipat kmi sa Ottawa when I was 14, lol that was 16 years ago. But kababalik ko lang dito. Nag work ako sa canadian airforce ng 6 years, 2 years ago lang ako nakabalik dito. Marami na rin pinoy sa Gatineau, overall theres approx 10,000 to 12,000 Filipinos dito sa Ottawa-Gatineau region. Kaso, suplado lang ang iba. Hindi namamansin
