Never sya ngfile ng annual tax return kasi considered pinoy sya kasi ngpadual citizen sya. Wala kami idea on wat we are going to do with option c.

Maybe he can still submit his tax return from the Philippines. Just include a letter of explanation why he can't submit an option c, since he never filed taxes in Canada. And also don't forget to provide a proof that he will return and live in Canada once you get approved.

I think so, but I am not really sure though. 'Cause he's still considered a Canadian Citizen, right? I wonder why the Canadian government never questioned him for not filing his taxes there.

hi po. i agree with mrandmrs. your husband can phone the canada revenue nearest at his location so he knows the necessary steps to make. it is a must to inform them of his work situation even he is not working in canada, bcoz he is a citizen. there's a category for it, cant remember, but he still needs to file and inform them.

Guys share ko lang.. I am going home this nov. 13 to dec17.. kasi i wanna spend our 1st year anniversary together tsaka bdayna rin nya.. magbabakasakali na rin na dumating na ung visa ng hubby ko while i'm still there..sana talaga dumating na ung visa..

hindi ko alam sis eh. yun mga nababasa ko s forum, after ng SA, nageemail ang cem kpag kukunin na yun passport or ipapadala na visa. yun email sayo, parang in between nun. malapit na visa ni hubby wooohoooo

hi dear almost the same SA and PPR tau.. but im october 2012 applicant and still no visa i got the same response, it's automated sis..
