Sorry sa late reply....anyways, I am sponsoring my wife, kung balak mo mag apply be sure that you have all the proofs that it's a legitimate relationship, it's a tedious process pero if u really want to be with her (your partner) you have to go beyond everything. You have to convince the officer who will assess your application na hindi hoax ang relationship nyo. My partner and I are both nurses, she worked in the middle east for a few years and im working here in Calgary, our wiilingness to be together started the idea na mag apply for a conjugal sponsorship, considering her situation and being in a muslim/arab country na di nila allowed of course ang same sex relationship was added to our sincere intentions na ma-approve ang application namin, right now she is just waiting for her visa, hopefully makuha na namin. You can start with collecting all letters, emails, pictures (i suggest those pictures na kayong dalawa lang and some na kasama ang family nyo, old pictures nyo would be great too) mga remittances, joint bank accounts, properties under both of your names, life insurance mo na sya ang beneficiary etc.... organize and label all the stuffs that you will send them, i should say put it in a binder para neat but they need loose pictures (meaning...it should't be in an album) you can follow some instructions online too na makikita mo sa CIC website. All the best and sana everything works well for you both!!
