hi sarrie...you said your husband married twice without annulment of the first marriage, that means the second marriage will be considered null and void. i think you cannot apply your PR with him (under common law partner since your living together) because he is still married under the philippine law. One of the requirements is Cenomar/aor from both of you, which will pose a question coz he is still married from the first wife. If he has no contact or communication for 5 consecutive years with his first wife (according to our phil family code: case of abandonment), marriage will be deemed as void. such, file an annulment and the annulment processing will not take years. goodluck.sarrie143 said:i would like to apply for permanent resident in canada.but the problem is my husband married twice in philippines.and it happens that i am the second wife without annulment of the first marriage.we are living in together with one child.is there any possibility that i can bring him also in canada if i will apply with him?thank you.
