Hello:
It is advisable to do everything prior to handing in your application. Pay your all fees up front as well.

If you can find a DMP (doctor) who is willing to give your hubby a medical exam even if he doesn't have a UCI (client identification number) yet, I'd recommend getting it before CIC-Manila asks for it. If you wait for CIC-Manila to ask for it, it will delay the processing of your application by about a month or two. On the other hand, don't get it too early either -- there are people who got the med exam way too early (months before they actually submitted their application) that by the time CIC-Manila was processing their application, the med exam had already expired. So they had to get another medical exam, which also delayed the processing of their application.

Another thing that you should take care of is the Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF). Pay it as early as you can. If you wait for CIC-Manila to ask you to pay the RPRF, it will also delay the processing of your application.

yep, complete po saka fully paid kaya wala na hiningi na iba ngayon, wala ring dependant.. if i may add, wala rin pong red flag sa case namin... both of us are pinoys and 9 years po kaming magbf-gf before getting married in january 2012... so in terms of proof of genuineness ng relationship, wala kaming problema...
