Ah same rin tayo anyway this year palang naman kami ang apply so medyo malayo layo pa. Btw wait kana lang ng konti pang time bro baka medyo natatagalan lang talaga yung processing nang papel mo malay mo this month may marinig kana from them diba. Kung wala parin until umabot na ng 1 year sa JULY try to contact them and humingi ng update about your application. Goodluck!

Franc john check mo yung post ko kung pano malaman ang sponsorship approval date mo. Kapag nalaman mo yun mas magkakaron ka ng idea when to expect your PPR.

I-check mo dun bro sa ECAS under nung Sponsorship Approval, click mo yung color blue na link na ang sinasabi ay "Decision Made". Makikita mo dun yung sponsorship approval date nio. Sa date na yun binabase kung kelan mo pwedeng i-expect ang PPR mo.

Nasa mid-September na ang PPR ngayon, feeling ko hindi nalalayo dun ang sponsorship approval date nio.


Bro Polgas, parang mga 4-5 months nga ngayon between SA and PPR, or minsan umaabot ng 6 months. Sana nga bumilis pa sila.

Good luck on your flight tomorrow MDC and Mabuhay sa Canada! I can't find anything online at the moment, but I remember seeing before that you won't have to pay the travel tax as a new immigrant. Hopefully that's the case. You can always go and convert those extra pesos to dollars outside the building if you don't need them.

I have a boyfriend in canada, he's a permanent resident,a Filipino. we're getting married this year, by august. and he will stay here in the Philippines for 5 1/2 mos after the wedding. but we've been in a relationship for almost 5 years as bf/gf. question is: can he file an application to sponsor me even though he's here in the Philippines after the marriage or he needs to come back to canada to file the spousal sponsorship? thanks!
