hey guys, my wife went to MP office today...she meet jason kenney and discussing about what happen to our papers since we are a june 2012 applicant and was approved on sept 6 2012. she told him(jason kenney)that we haven't hear any news starting from approval date till now and not even inform if our application was with the manila office delivery safe?

jason kenney replied: for now i can do nothing about your application just be patience coz the maximun waiting time is 14 months....(reference from stage 1 to stage 2)
my wife replied:(was shocked) oooh, were from june 2012 applicant and during that time it was 9 months from stage 2.
jason kenney: you have to wait till august and if early of september dont hear any news then we can follow up your application status, right now we can do nothing but to be patience coz the embassy dont want us to bug them if its on processing time...

my goodness, wtf......what was that? did he mean even if were june applicant still we are affected with that stupid processing time?
@jayvee07

processing time is not an assurance that within that certain number of months my result na ang application or may visa na.. sometimes it will take more than the processing time , sometimes naman meron napapa aga..
infairnes to him he is right, with this whole application thing patience lang talaga ang magagawa natin for now..

but dont loose hope, maraming naka experience ng situation mo ngayun but in the end still positive result.. :D :D
cheer up ;D

BORDER SECURITY: Canada's Front Line

Phony tourists here to work, belligerent visitors smuggling contraband, toys packed with heroin, weapons disguised as cell phones: all are just another day at the office for the Canada Border Services Agency.

Every day, twenty thousand passengers request entry into Canada by way of Vancouver International Airport (YVR), and many more at land crossings in the Lower Mainland of BC. While most experience the usual uneasiness that comes with passing through immigration and customs, others have more legitimate reasons to feel nervous.

“Every passenger has a ‘story'...it's our job to dig deeper for the truth.” - Lori Miller, Border Services Officer.
Welcome to Border Security - a revealing look at life on the front lines of national security. Follow Canadian border services officers as they intercept suspicious characters and contraband from around the world in an effort to keep us safe, and our health, workforce, and ecosystem secure.

Force Four Entertainment has gained exclusive access into the highly classified world of the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). In every episode of Border Security, cameras shadow CBSA officers as they interrogate suspicious passengers who may or may not be hiding something. Passengers react in a variety of unpredictable ways - they lie, argue, play the victim, plead ignorance and even threaten legal action. But they are no match for the investigative tactics of the CBSA officers. After all, the law is on their side.

And unfortunately for the passengers being questioned, so is technology. Throughout the episode, officers question, cross-examine, inspect, pat down, swab, search and x-ray suspects and their belongings, chipping away at the holes in their stories. For viewers, it's a wild, unpredictable ride as each passenger's secret is finally revealed.

Border Security is a dynamic documentary series that offers viewers a front row seat to high stakes, bizarre reveals, and comical conflicts that are part of everyday life for border security officers.

Border Security, a show that will make you think twice the next time you consider hiding anything in your luggage.

Meron na ba nakaexperience dito na together with the UCI number and AOR, they will advice you that if you want to send more docs, pwede ihabol to a certain address?

Cenomar kasi ang nasend ko instead of AOM, so balak ko sana ihabol kung may ganung option na ibigay.

Good morning po.
CEM may request the Advisory on Marriage (AOM) together with your passport and other documents in the Passport Request (PPR) letter po during your PPR stage (Step 2). :)

Personally, I didn't even send a Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR) because I am already married and it states there na, "whichever is applicable"...Hence, I only send our Marriage Certificate (MC).
However, I didn't know at that time na AOM will also apply for married people, in addition to the Marriage Certifcate...
Pero don't worry po, that is acceptable naman since bagong kasal tayo...at maiintidihan un ng CEM. ;)

Just be ready with your AOM and wait for the PPR. ::)

very well said cokiesweet, MP is useless if application is on processing time... only they can say is to wait and be patience.
hello everyone waiting... Well after all the bs we have decided to give up.....I even called the Imm Canada and asked if I could bring my wife to Canada for 3 weeks while our app is in the CEM....she could not tell me a thing....should have spoke french....we are only at 114 days waiting for our PPR but after 4 times to Manila and 45,000 dollars spent we have no idea when we will be together and both of us are in our 50,s....we will be just strangers when she arrives...and by then the medicals will expire... and have to start all over again....now that its 12 months instead of 9 ....its impossible...hey I don,t even know if my application is there...I wish I could tell revenue Canada just assume I paid the taxes of income.... hey get this... why can they process a visitors visa in 9 days.... simple... they take 75.00 per person and throw them a regulation 179... sorry you can,t come to Canada....We should be like the USA and not be able to sponser until you are a citizen but in Canada ... PR sponser soon as they land in Canada and hold up the real thing......... being from Ont... I should have just went to Toronto...I love my lady but the Canadian gov,t says if I can sleep with her.... sounds like Russia in 1980... Jason Kennedy...I would love to tell him he can,t sleep with his wife... and Olivia Chow... she got here from sponsership... hey just have a look at parlimant... 5 of them are wearing turbans... and we have to wait... what a f!!!! joke....

thanks sis. nakakaparanoid lang kasi na kapag kulang ang papers eh magcause ng delay. anyway, thanks sa encouragement. alam mo naman kapag ganitong naghihintay eh lahat nalang ay nagiging worry. :D thanks ulit

Good morning po.
CEM may request the Advisory on Marriage (AOM) together with your passport and other documents in the Passport Request (PPR) letter po during your PPR stage (Step 2). :)
