Ola, need to repost lang po for help po sana.

Hi mga friends,

Need to clarify a few things lang po ulit:

1. For National Identity Document (NID), besides Passport number (kung pwede nga ito), are there other government related documents or numbers I could use (ex. SSS)?

2. Under 'Additional Family Information' form:

My husband is a Permanent Resident in Canada. When he applied for VISA back then, he filled out similar form and included his family members (parents and siblings) kahit siya lang ang pupunta sa Canada.

So my question is, do I do the same thing for my form even if I am the ONLY ONE he is sponsoring to go to Canada? Do I include my parents and sibling to the form?

And do I need to include my husband's name even though he is the one actually sponsoring me?

nkakainggit namn yun my mga visa na po... sana tayo dn mga waiting sunod ng mktnggap na..been reading the threads, just want to ask gano po ktagal bago mgchange yun ecas nyo from "in process" to DM? March applicant po kc ako, halos lhat po ng march applicant na nasa mga forum n nbasa ko eh my mga visa na, even those who filed their applicatin on april halos my visa na din

Ako po Passport Number nalang pinalagay ni hubby ko para sure daw.

Opo kailngan nyo po silang ilagay kasi once na nilista mo sila ay pwede nyo po silang Sponsoran in the near future. Ako po nilagay ko sila Papa, Mama, Ate, 2 brother's ko at my niece yung anak ng Ate ko. Pag nalimutan nyo pong ilista sila at dumating yung time na gusto nyo silang Sponsoran madedeny po sila kasi di nyo po sila dineclare bago po kayo maging Permanent Resident ng Canada di sila pwede sa Family Class kasi di nyo po sila dineclare na family nyo.

Yung una ko pong pinasa sinama ko ang hubby ko which is my Sponsor pero yung 2nd na pinadala sa akin ng CEM di ko na sinama hubby ko which is my Sponsor po.

NID po is yung NBI po un.

hndi nrn po nid include ung mga parents, yung mga anak nyo lng po.

Thank you sa reply ha. Importante pala isama ko yung pamilya ko sa form para sure sa pag sponsor sa kanila if ever in the future.

Yung una ko pong pinasa sinama ko ang hubby ko which is my Sponsor pero yung 2nd na pinadala sa akin ng CEM di ko na sinama hubby ko which is my Sponsor po.

Bakit ka pinadala ng form ulit ng CEM?
