what i did before was hindi ko na ininclude yung middle name ko, yung family and given name lang nilagay ko, wala namang naging problem. kung magpamedical ka, make sure na a week or two after your period ka pumunta para hindi ka pabalikin for another urine test. HTH.

We finally had our diabetic retinoplasty done ! Unlike with the first opthamologist we went to wherein he said we need to be injected with a dye to dilate our eye vessels ( initial cost PHP6,000.00) and another test that will cost PHP13,000 and that the procedure will take one whole day, the specialist that we went to this time, at Medical City, Pasig was very straight and the procedure took only less than one hour. He has a US training.

There is a finding however of cataract which he said is normal for senior people ( I am 63 and my husband is 64). I don't know how the accredited clinic will take this. We will bring the doctor's report on Monday. Will keep the readers informed.

Hello everyone I received a URGENT letter from the Embassy today around 10:00am requesting this:
- Medical Report Section A Client Identification & Summary , (is this the letter to re-do my medical exam. ? )
(they gave me 60 days for this)

- Properly completed Schedule A form
- original and valid NBI certificate with dry seal and right thumb print
(they gave me 45 days for this)

Hindi maeextend sis re-do yata yung letter na natanggap ko dadalhin sa DME . Is anyone here na nakatanggap ng Medical Report Section A Client Identification & Summary from CEM? Any opinion po thank you in advance sa mga magrereply .

ganun ba tagal na rin sau...nag email kana ba??well ako hindi pa w8 nalang me sept.20 for 9 months kasi dec.20 natangap ng manila papers namin galing cic..supposedly 8 months yon eh may quarterely update sila ngayon at aug.20,2012 timing mag 8 months kami noon aug.20..
supposedly dapat mag in process kana gaya ni joms aug.4 sya..takot ako ma nxt year pa or nxt nxt year pa...dami pa natin 2011..nakapaghina ng loob march na sila nag release ng visa eh nandito pa tayo hindi puede tagalan nila bakit di nalang i refused...para apply na naman
