Hope somebody can help me and enlighten me on this matter...I am a Registered Nurse here in the Philippines...i be leaving for canada asap..my question is DO I NEED TO HAVE THE DFA TO RED RIBBON MY school records such as TRANSCRIPT, DIPLOMA AND ALL???...when u book ur flight for canada, do u need to count 10 days from the day u book before u can fly???..all of this boggles my mind..pls help..tnk u po..and what is SMEF-COW?

@ PIPAY. Hello po. As far as i'm concerned po if I were you kumuha ka na lang po ng Medical ulit since you have said po na expired na ito last Jan.4 pa po, right? Kasi ang advantage po kapag kukuha ka na asap, in case po mag request sila for resubmission meron na po agad kayo and remember po hindi kayo makakapasok ng canada if expired na po ang medical nyo. Sa ecas nyo po same po talaga tayo. So sa inyo na rin po ako mag aabang ng news at ganun din po kayo sa akin. Good luck po sa atin. God bless us all.

to those who left abroad na..i'm so confused, what is the difference between PDOS and Guidance and Counseling Seminar for Filipino Spouses and Other Partners of Foreign Nationals ??..ano seminar attend nyo?tnx po

hello again. my medical was done on jan 4 2011. we were supposed to submit our application feb 2011 but submitted it september 2011 instead. well...i have no good news or info regarding the expired medical yet. but as soon as i get one i'll let you know asap.

baka naman may nakakaalam tungkol sa expired medical na nakuha na ang PP kung ask pa CEM ng bago? pwede na ba ako magpamedical ng walang request? sayang naman oras...please, can someone help me? sana DM naalng nila hehehe ;D

kailangan mo antayin ung letter ng embassy kase may form na kasama un para sa remedical na ipapakita mo pag magpapamedical ka alam ko d nila entertain pag wala ung request form na galing sa embassy.

tnx for that info...so happi to know..nalilito na talaga ako...so PDOS lang ako kac PR pa ang status sa canada ng husband ko...yehey!...kac from what i heard, PDOS takes only 2 hours bu the guidance and counseling is almost whole day daw......

hi.. advice ko lang if you want to countinue your profession as nurse here in canada, tutal bound to ontario ka naman na tell your hubby to get an assessment for for RPN or RN sa CNO.. para habang andyan ka palang yung mga papers na need isend ng school masesend na ng school...

if your sponsor is PR - PDOS ang seminar
but if your
sponsor is CITIZEN - yung counselling

yes d ka makakapasok ng canada kapag expired ang medical makikita kase sa record dun un eh.. antayin mo na lang ung request ng embassy then saka ka na lang magparemedicalü

yes no need pag citizen ang sponsor pwede na magattend ng guidance.. kahit wala pang visa then ang pdos naman need ang visa.
