My husband has a bachelor's degree, graduated in 2004, the university is closed since 2010 and we tried everything but we couldn't get transcripts or a copy of the diploma. He has an attested diploma (not translated) so we gave up and we will add only high school (he is not main applicant, I am). My question is do we have to do ECA for high school or not. If not, what should I add in his education section, I am filling up application now and I got stuck with this part. Please help

List his bachelor's degree in education history and select No to the question whether you have done ECA for it.

I was reading some threads and as per my understanding they ask for proof of everything you mention, so if I add his bachelor will they ask for proof?
and if I add high school only do we have to do ECA for it?
