Problem is that we don’t raise concern to immigration minister then how he will address & find the solution for it. If he will aware of issue then only he fill provide the solution.

I believe that they are aware of these issues but don't want to do anything about it.
The only glimmer of hope is that we have a new immigration minister so we can try...

People have the right to appeal in Canada so anyone would appeal attempts at removal and would not leave if they knew they could face potential bans. The whole immigration system would be overhauled and the changes would likely challenged in court. Canada is unlikely to move towards a more US style immigration policy where you can often be picked up, detained and deported soon after if you can’t afford legal representation.

People can appeal for sure but would court stand with the government policies or someone who violated their visa conditions?
We need a more progressive and modernized system, at present we have a broken immigration system full of loopholes.

The courts would allow someone overstaying their visa to go through the various potential appeals/programs possible. The expense of finding someone, keeping track of them and potentially detaining them, going to court and paying for lawyers, potentially paying for legal aid for the person overstaying, paying the salary of government employees processing all these applications, etc. can end up being hundreds of thousands of dollars.
