hi Can I ask how long is processing of Spousal sponsorship? is it normal to wait for almost 10 months now?

They can try applying for a TRV once you have AOR.

The spousal sponsorship is 12 months. But I know as of July 2024 they changed it to 10 months for new applications. Its been 9 months since I submitted the spousal application and 7 months since my spouse completed everything and now there hasn't been any updates.

we submitted the application on december, we receive AOR in january and after that no update

yeah I think because in.my case Im a second wife, we pass application on december received AOR in january after that no update

I have submitted Inland spousal sponsorship application for my wife. She is on PGWP right now.

When I submitted the application her brother was in India. Now, he has come to Canada on study permit.

How do I update IRCC about it?

The IRCC site gives you the government averages but from my experience, those times often vary from the ones people actually experience so I’d recommend checking both!
