You marriage must be established with a marriage certificate for a start

Really, download the forms, start filling out what you know, ask questions when you have specific questions, and just keep working on the forms. It really is worth your time to submit the forms complete and properly done to avoid them being sent back - but for the most part, the forms will make sense when you fill them out. Don't try to do them all at once but work on them a few hours at a time and come back later. YOu'll need to get/acquire some documents so that will take time too.
