You will receive communication from IRCC. However, AIP generally comes very soon before PR, so at that point, it likely is just a waste to apply for the OWP.

As said above, Approval in Principle.

You should be having a serious conversation with your lawyer if they told you 4 months from AOR for the OWP because that is wrong.

I have had this response I regards to my OWP that it has been sent to the “responsible office” what does that mean and how long should I expect a reply? I’m now getting very concerned about my application in general.

No idea. You shouldn't expect to hear about the OWP for months, until near the end of the entire PR process.
