If I understand correct police certificates are valid for 6 months since their issue date, right?Yes, I submitted mine with my application and they need requested them again with Schedule A. Make sure they are still valid though!
Do you mean they still requested your police certificates online even though you submitted them with your app?Yes, I submitted mine with my application and they need requested them again with Schedule A. Make sure they are still valid though!
Sorry silly autocorrect! No, they never requested them again. I just submitted them with the original application. Then after AOR, they only requested Schedule A.Do you mean they still requested your police certificates online even though you submitted them with your app?

Yes, they have 6 months validity. The reason they don't recommend to submit upfront it in case your application gets returned, then when you submit the second time around you risk your police certificates reaching the 6 month expiry. It just saves you $$$!
You need to use the name in your passport.Looking to submit application this month!
In a 5+ year long distance relationship and just had our civil ceremony on 01.04.18we are applying inland as I am now here in Canada as a visitor. Should I use my new married last name on paperwork? Haven't officially changed my last name yet (not even sure how to do that)
