The forms are available online. The application process is still paper-based (you fill out the forms on your computer, print and submit with supporting materials/documents) and submitted to sydney, nova scotia.

Do NOT forget to have all signed.

My outland spousal sponsorship paper application was received on Fed 25 and I received AOR on March 8, but no other other update since that.

Has anyone received their Biometric request/ SA yet for around these dates? Please advise, I am worried because its almost past 6 months now.
My file was received Feb 19th and AOR March 3rd. I just got the biometrics request friday Sept 4th so you should be anytime now. I think we are officially 6 months behind schedule.

No sir, my outland spouse is in Trinidad.
I am seeing in the spreadsheet a few other people from mid-late feb getting their letters so you should be soon. If your spouse is in india and they arent doing biometrics getting the letter wont make things move faster for you. It will just feel nice to know they looked at your file, which I understand.

u should not leave your job, because its strong tie up to india,if you want visiter visa.so i suggest you to apply visiter visa fist then go for PR.

Your visitor Visa will likely get rejected b/c of the dual intent esp after u have resigned from ur job. But u can always try. Good luck.
