Hey Guys,

I got a request to submit my wife's Medical, Additional Marriage Photos and Birth certificate documents.
The letter says I can email them for fastest service - should I just attach every photo individually (as opposed to zipping them)? how many will be sufficient?
Also, is it enough if I provide the UCI, Application# and Applicant name in the email to identify the application? Is there a template?

When I received my add docs request, they sent this instructions if you're sending thru email. Hope this can give you idea.

SUBMITTING DOCUMENTS:

1. BY EMAIL
   
   Submit documents by email. Ensure that you follow these guidelines:
   
   • Do not use an icloud domain or any file sharing websites
     
     
   • Each document must be in PDF format (.pdf) and not exceed 2.0MB
     
     
   • Each PDF file must contain only one type of document. If several documents/forms are requested,
     
     save each type of document separately. For example, if you were requested to submit completed IMM5406 Additional Family Information forms for yourself and your spouse, your completed form must be saved in one (1) .PDF file extension name and your spouse’s in another PDF file
     
     
   • If your submission includes a cover letter, this must be saved separately in one (1) PDF file
     
     
   • Documents must be readable and easy to view
     
     
   • The file name of each PDF document must follow this format:
     
     Application number<space>Last Name<space>Given Name<space>Type of Document
     
     Example: E12345678 Smith John Additional Family Information Forms

Hi,
I am a permanent resident in Canada and got married in last week of January 2019 in India
I and my wife are preparing application for her and i have a list of questions.
I seek some assistance and guidance from this helpful community.

1 - As I am back in Canada and now helping my wife in filling the application forms I intend to validate the forms here and then Print them. Can i scan them and send it to her(Are scanned forms okay) so that she can sign and mail me the documents or she should validate them herself and then physically sign them and send them.
2 - Form IMM 5532 (recently updated in February 2019) I have a doubt in Part c question 8
as we were in a committed relationship prior to marriage and after including our family we got married so Should I tick the option that marriage was arranged?
3 - Form IMM 5532 Question 10 address history of the principal applicant - My wife has stayed mostly in hostel while her education so should i mention the hostel address or her home address as that was the permanent address always or should i include a separate sheet noting that her permanent address has always been home.
4 - Form IMM - 1344 (undertaking) - It has a section for a co-signer, Should i leave it blank or Should I Write N/A in the form.

I am also writing all the forms as per IRCC which are required for the spousal visa
Please guide me If I am missing any(just double checking)

i am far far from expert but if you help her fill the forms you may need use of representative form 5476 n i do not think scan copies wd work but wait for experienced folks to help.

Thank you for the reply malimu and I am just helping her so i guess wont need the representative form as account access with her is sufficient, but yeah I am also concerned with the scan copies or originals, lets see if anyone else can enlighten us about it

Hi Guys need help please.

My wife got ppr, now question is she got 2 passport. old one is cancelled as she made changes to birthplace and added my name. Now does she has to submit both old canceled passport or just new one.

Your update would be much appreciated.

They will send you an email when u need to submit your medical. You will then need to make an appointment with the medical center. The doctor will upload the results to immigration when they are completed.

Thanks for the reply. I had already sent it before I saw your response.
Interestingly, I didn't get any instructions on how to do it over email. So, I just put all documents in one PDF. And then all photos in the other PDF.
I have to wait and see what they say about this.
