Don't be a party to destruction. Did they not love themselves before their relationship grew to the level of sponsoring him.. Madam look for a way to build ur relationship again. It takes a lot to sponsor someone.
If u are bent on deporting him so badly then go and talk to ur lawyer or go to immigration office and report the case but i still think the best way out is to look for a way to rebuild ur relation.

I think the amount of judgement towards you is unfair. Did he have Condition 51 when he landed? If so, you can notify the CIC of the breakdown of the relationship and they will take things from there. It's not our place on here to judge your relationship. When cheating happens it breaks down any trust that is there, and it's your decision whether or not you think that you'll be able to build that trust back. It's your decision whether or not you want to repair the relationship. If he refuses to try to make things work, then you have no choice and should notify the CIC of the breakdown of the relationship. That would be the right thing to do.

In that case, go to ur lawyer or the immigration to report the case.. If what u are saying is true then he used u to get to Canada. He's definitely One of the bad eggs spoiling things for the genuine people.

Hello everyone,

My husband got an email from AVO this morning giving us 30 days to submit additional information to prove the genuity of our relationship. It says he doesn't meet the requirement and is not eligible. What kind of additional documents can we submit? Letters from our pastors back in Nigeria? My pastor here who is aware that i went home last year to get married to the love of my life?

Please I need as many suggestions as I can get. I am tired of this distance.

I understand the frustration. I would probably resubmit all the documents, along with the following if you have.

PROOF OF RELATIONSHIP TO SPONSOR

19. Marriage certificate of <spouse> and <sponsor>;
20. Wedding, vacation, and social photos of <spouse> and <sponsor>;
21. Documents pertaining to trips taken by <spouse> and <sponsor>;
22. Documents pertaining to the wedding of <spouse> and <sponsor>;
23. Joint statements of <spouse> and <sponsor>;
24. Receipts for gifts exchanged between <spouse> and <sponsor>;
25. E-mails, Messages, and Cards exchanged between <spouse> and <sponsor>;
26. Documentation confirming funds transferred between <spouse> and <sponsor>;


More photos, More family / Social pictures... See if you could additionally submit from any of above as well.....Basically, do you have any phone bills? How do you communicate to each other?

I completed the Imm1344E Application to sponsor.

But this document needs to be signed by my sponsorized person, before I sign it.

But the pdf is secured !! she cant print it !

How can I remove that, so i can send it by email to her, validate, print, and send it to me by post with everything else.

Try downloading the form again from CIC website and reenter the details. If this doesnt help, install Adobe Acrobat DC Pro version. They offer 30 day free trial. I had same issue, and it worked without any issues.

That's odd that the security is preventing her from printing it. Printing should be allowed, just editing features are disabled. Are you sure it's not something else preventing the printing?

I m September 2015 applicant. I received my both AOR1 and AOR2 and my both SA and PR ecas shows "in process" since December 2105.
My medical has been expired last almost one and half month, but no response from VO. Can any one clarify my situation. Any response is hugely appreciated.

Guys I have Rec GCMS Notes after more than 60 days of my Interview (March, 09, 2016).. I also Ordered Notes back in Jan 2016 Before My Interview as well , In both notes I found alot of Difference ...

Notes Before Interview ;

ASSESSMENTS

Organised Crime :
Medical : Passed (Expired)

The Notes I Ordered after interview to See if I have Passed interview or not . I found thr is NO ANY ASSESSMENTS , i could not find anything on Notes about if I have passed interview , In notes I did not find a single thing about my Interview, I found

Due date : 2016/03/18

that means some body work on my file on 03/18/2016 after my interview ... My question if some body work on file after interview and before I ordered Note , why Notes does not tell anything about My interview ? All I know is Some body look into file and now it is undergoing background checks since last 2 months .
