How exactly are you sponsoring these family members? From your previous posts, you are married, therefore you cannot sponsor in the "other relative" category.
It is actually my dad but i am helping him fill in the papers. I just need some help knowing if i should make the IMM-008 for even the children or is just 1 using my uncle as the applicant okay. Because it asks all the information it would either way if i was to do it separately but i was wondering would i be doing it sepratly for each person or no. Is just that one with my uncle as applicant and the rest of the members as dependants okay

Do i need to show my last 12 month account details?

Same question applies. How is your dad sponsoring his brother?

No, your wife doesn't need to send photos.

No, you don't need to show your account details.

On the checklist for the sponsor it mentions the notice of assessment for the 'most recent taxation year'.

I have not yet filed my taxes for 2015, so would it be allright if used the NOA for 2014?

Hi,
My wife is the sponsor (she is Canadian and so are my kids).
Do we all need to provide 8 photographs for the application?

Thanks in advance

You can use the 2014 NOA. However, I suggest that once you file your taxes, you send the 2015 NOA.

No. Only those applying for PR must submit photos.

Thanks! I actually didn't see the part about writing a letter. I will do that. I'm thanking god for this forum. Still haven't sent the application but my parents already mailed their letter. My father doesn't think it needs to be notarized. IN any case, I'm including other things to make up for that too. Yes, lots of details, at they end the people reading my application will know my whole life story and everything about us as a couple. lol :D
Well good luck with it all!! Better safe than sorry eh? ;D

Are you asking about a Family Class application or another application class (e.g. provincial nominee). Your father cannot sponsor your uncle or his family through Family Class.

Hello,

I am applying in the Vienna Office. The FBI fingerprint clearance will take up to 13-15 weeks and my physical was done last week in Munich. Should I wait for the FBI clearance or send in my application and write a note I will forward it as soon as I get it?

I just do not want any delays. Thanks for the help and advice.

You can send the app now with a letter of explanation and proof you've applied for the FBI certificate.

Don't post in CAPS.

Ask in the Pakistan thread http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/spousal-sponsorship-pakistan-london-visa-office-t203899.13950.html.

"13 PHOTOS
Supply eight (8) recent photos for each member of your family and yourself. Follow the instructions
in Appendix B: Photo Specifications." 

This is from the guide for Western Europe. I just want to be certain that I don't need the photos for my wife and children if they are already Canadian.

That's nothing to worry about, I didn't even put dates or names on our pictures.

Is he visa-exempt? Usually it's better to just wait and see if you get a docs request. Order notes first and see what's up with the application.
thx for your answer ...I don't know what you mean by ,,is he visa-exempt?,,...we re thinking to order notes after we send the letter with more proofs

Does he require a visa to visit Canada? What nationality is he?
