What do you mean? Paper size A4 or something? I have a feeling it won't work, all of the PDF forms are formatted to 8.5" x 11".

the short ..if you mean letter size as opposed to the long legal size then yes its fine

hello, can somebody help me, i am here in canada right now waiting for my permanent residence status, my husband is in saudi arabia, CIC told me that the abu dhabi office sent an email to my husband last january but he didn't get it, not in the spam too. I emailed abu dhabi regarding this but they didn't reply. what should we do ?

Maybe your husband can go in person to the consulate? Take his file number and UCI with him.

If you are in Canada "now waiting for my permanent residence status" and your husband is not in Canada, under which immigration class are you applying to become a PR?
The reason that I ask is that this seems inconsistent with this "Family Class Sponsorship (Spousal sponsorship)" section of the forum.

Just about to send off my outland Spousal sponsorship application, Just wondering how you all went about packaging it?

Did you just use 3 Manila folders and put them in another and send or should I just separate the sponsor and sponsored and put the "proof of relationship'' in with my sponsored persons app?

I've got about 50 photos and a printout of a trip we had. We live together in Canada and I've been in Canada our entire relationship. Would I need much else or would that be fine, seeing as we've ticked off that we live together?
I've added a guest list print off for a future bigger wedding ceremony we've planned with IMM 5490.
Also is it ok to send the original Marriage certificate? We just ordered 2 anyway.

Use Access to Information Act and ask for 'Notes' on your husband's file. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/requests-atip.asp
This process takes 30 days, but you will know if the email was sent in the notes.

Great advise. I have clients from the same region and things can get lost or mixed up. CIC is not perfect, but they are trying to improve service and make it easier.

I have a question regarding Married Cousins.
I have been with my cousin for 10 years and this summer we will be getting married. We had a very long engagment, not wanting to rush marriage. Well, the time has come to take the next step

My question relates to the sponsored person not being too closely related to the sponsor. So does that include cousins?
I want to start preparing my application but I dont know if there is any point???
Will they refuse us straight up because we are cousins?
Has anybody heard of any successful cases of married cousins?
Feeling really anxious now..

Hello friends,
I really need your help. My husband n I live in Manitoba. He is eligible for mpnp but all say he has to go for spouse sponsorship. I m going to sponsor my husband outland Canada as this take 1.5 yrs and doesn't need job requirement. I do job pt but my husband do ft. His work permit is expiring in 29 days. We are from India. I m so confused, if I will apply then how come we can extend his permit so he can work here n stay with me. I really need your help plz.
