Inland is "Spouse and Common-Law Partner in Canada Class".KaZRa said:What is the difference b/w "Spouse and Common-law partner in Canada Class" and "Family Class..." These are the options to select when paying fees under Sponsorship.
I assume I am selecting Family Class. I am doing inland for my husband who is an American.
I thought that it had be a credit card because a debit card can't be charged in the same way.KaZRa said:I am having a problem making my online payment! Is it bc I am using a Visa Debit as opposed to an actual Visa credit card??
That is correct!zardoz said:I thought that it had be a credit card because a debit card can't be charged in the same way.
Dear Zardoz, zardoz said:There is absolutely nothing that you can do. CIC have stated to you, "Please be advised that applications which require interview fall outside normal processing standards." and this now effectively removes you from any possible intervention by an MP.
For inland applications: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/canada/vegreville.aspnismopinoy said:Where to send the spousal application INSIDE canada? Can someone give me the address? Thank u
Search CIC for "privacy" and it leads to the forms. If requesting your own notes from in Canada (or as a Canadian citizen) there is no fee as it is a privacy act request. If someone in Canada requests them on your behalf it is an access to information request and there is a $5 fee.dannysuse said:Dear Zardoz,
Thanks for your helpful respond. There is one person told us to order a CAIP notes to repairing for the interview. How would we order the notes?
If the sponsor is a citizen, then yes. If the sponsor is a PR, then no. He/She MUST remain in the country for the entirety of the application duration. Once PR has been granted to the spouse, than the sponsor may choose to leave.rgquebec said:Hi,
