Hi friendzzz,
Plz help me.

I want to take my sponsorship spouse file back, i just got confirmation that that they received this file last friday.
after marriage n applying for pr after my husband's parents dont want us to live together. It just seems that they want his son's pr and wanna come here to canada after that. they said that they would kick me out when their son would get pr.

I am tensed. plz tell me what would happen if i take my file back. they ditch me. i don't wanna loose my status in canada. i live here with my family. my husband is not living with me now. he is in separate home. i am scared bcz these ppl are not good and made me fool n did marriage fraud to get pr.

I wanna take my file back tomorrow, and thinking to say all to cic call center that we are separate now. is it okay.

I am really tensed, plz help me. and can i sponsor anyone after that in my life or not.
While I feel sorry about your situation, I am also annoyed. It is for people like you, that many of our genuine relationships are looked at with doubt and the visa offices takes time to see if we are still sticking together even though we are living apart for so long.

How come you found out about this now and not before sending the application?

Anyway, all you need to do is write a letter to Mississauga Case processing centre with your ID's that you would like to withdraw application. Since they have not started processing the application for the applicant, it wouldn't be too hard to cancel it now.

I am confused by your situation. You've also said that your father wants you to go to India to marry this guy. Is that still true?

If your husband has abandoned you and you think he married you just to get PR, then you didn't commit fraud, he did. So, withdrawing the application shouldn't harm your PR status at all. I would think that allowing the fraud to continue, however, might cause trouble for you, because you have an obligation to report changes in family status to CIC during the application process.

I'm afraid from an outsider's perspective it doesn't look like your husband is doing a very good job of supporting you or your marriage. Why not move somewhere else in Canada? It's a big place, and his parents and your parents can fight at one end of the country and you can live in peace with your husband at the other end.

You are an adult. Tell the parents to mind their own business. If you and your husband are in a serious committed relationship then sponsor him. His parents can apply for a supervisa if they wish to visit long term. Tell your husband to grow some testicles and keep his parents in line. You are not a second class citizen or a piece of trash to be threatened. You have status and rights in Canada and are protected by Canadian laws.

From your recent posts it seems:

You are very tensed about the relationship between your parents and your husband's parents and you are afraid that after you sponsor your husband and he becomes a PR, then he will sponsor his parents for them to come to Canada and raise hell.

TELL ME HOW THAT IS SOMETHING WE IN THE FORUM CAN HELP YOU WITH?

This is something between you and your husband. If you have any question regarding the application process itself, you are welcome to ask.

As CanadianJeepGuy stated ask your husband to grow some balls otherwise it doesn't look good ...................

And the thing about you feeling tensed, let me share one thing with you: All forum members here whose application is pending are no less tensed than you thinking how soon will they hear something about their application.

Here's another take:

You've got another 6 months to go for your husband's PR application. Then, if he sponsors his parents:

For parent applications
Stage 1: processing time to assess sponsor: 47 months
Stage 2: processing time for parent applications in India: 56 months

Could be 9 years.

As a sponsoring PR, he shouldn't leave the country much, and as applicants, they probably won't be able to get a visa to visit him in Canada. This might be the BEST thing that could happen to you and your husband!

Maybe I'll convince my wife to sponsor her mother...

Ivan you seriously need to go into the family arbitration business. That was nothing short of genius.

Not to mention the primary applicant must have 3 years worth of income proof to sponsor now.
