Of course not. Canada is not a country that forces women to change their names when marrying.Does a spouse have or need to change her name on her passport to her marriage name in order to be sponsored into Canada by her husband

Thank you. But I was thinking of taking them along with me when i travel for the first time.
If they have TRVs, they can come to Canada as visitors and you can sponsor them. Otherwise, you need to sponsor them from their country.I recently got PR but in application i had mentioned that spouse and kid are not accompanying. Is there way i can still take them with me may be on visitor visa and then sponsor them?
Your advice is highly appreciated
Hello! guys a question, does having the Solidarity tax credit affect the issuance of the CSQ? Would this count as a government assistance? Can they reject my application for this?
Thank you
Any other financial document will be required?Yes you can apply right after you get a job
Thank you. I'll apply for their work visa and study visa now and if that gets issued before I am required to land, i'll take them along with me. Is that ok? will it cause any problem at Border? If they have TRVs, they can come to Canada as visitors and you can sponsor them. Otherwise, you need to sponsor them from their country.
As a PR, you are required to live in Canada throughout the sponsorship process.
In your previous post, you said you got PR. You need to be clear about your situation. You didn't get PR, you got your COPR and have yet to land.Thank you. Yes you are right. I got my COPR and not PR. why you think they may not get the TRV? is there any restriction? In your previous post, you said you got PR. You need to be clear about your situation. You didn't get PR, you got your COPR and have yet to land.
They can't apply for a work visa and study visa. They can apply for TRVs to come as visitors but given the fact that you declared them non-accompanying, I'd day there is little chance of approval.
Because they clearly aren't genuine visitors. They want to stay in Canada.Yes you are right. I got my COPR and not PR. why you think they may not get the TRV? is there any restriction?
